In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Should have satisfactorily delivered and supply the Various Furnitures of cost not less than Rs. 160.00 lakhs in any one year in the last Five financial years 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24to furnish a Work Completion Certificate issued by the authority for Government libraries,College libraries and University Libraries.

Tenderer shall be either proprietorship or partnership firm or a company registered under the companies Act 1956/ SSI Certificate

To submit turnover certificate for Previous Five years(2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) Duly certified by a chartered accountant.

Copy of the PAN card of the firm has to be uploaded as detailed below a) If a firm is sole proprietorship PAN and AADHAR card copy of the proprietorship b) If a firm is partnership PAN card copy of the firm only (partners PAN card Copy will not be considered) C) If a firm is private Ltd or Public Ltd Company, PAN card copy of the company.

Details of Income Tax returns filed for Five financial years 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23and 2022-23.

Bidder should submit GST Certificate.
