Demolition of cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing PCC kerb stone, and providing material and labour for, factory made special shaped precast machine pressed kerb stone using M-25 grade concrete including dismantling of existing kerb stone of any type/description and necessary earthwork set in CM 1:6 and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Premixed bituminous macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber, (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen of Grade VG - 30 as binder with 4% by weight of total mix, laid using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying priming / tack coat with RS1 paving bitumen @ 2.5 Kg / 10 Sq m, over black top surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30 mm thick consolidated thickness @ 5.50 % binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG-30, in mechanical and hot mix plant and pre-mixed materials laid with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to the required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 ton power roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimized content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of whatever is indicated above. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on minus side (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated above and actual to be used in the work. (iii) Price adjustment for paving bitumen shall be done at the rate of Rs. 30,000/- per MT for any variation on minus side irrespective of actual purchase rate. However, no adjustment for variation on plus side will be made.

Preparation of black bituminous road surfaces and applying one coat of thermo plastic road marking paint minimum 2mm thick with reflectorizing glass beads at 250 to 300 grams/ Sq m applied as per IRC:35 in lines, arrow, dashes & letters not exceeding 15 cm in width with an applicator machine and heated mixer, with stirring mechanism at temperature 160 degree Celsius, laid uniformly and finishing the surface as directed to a true level, paint conforming to BS-3262 part I &II of 1989 etc, complete as per manufacturer's instructions, all as specified and directed. Make : Asian Ltd / STP Ltd /Automat Road Safety / 3M NOTE:- Colour of paint shall be as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repairs Cat eyes / road studs of size 130mm x 127mm x 75mm, having tough poly carbonite micro reflected corner cube reflector lenses with a protective abrasion resistance ceramic coating having body of weather proof and impact resistant thermoplastic fixed on road for roadway sign, complete all as specified and directed. Make : 3M with double shank / AVERY / DARK EYE / GREENLITE

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, (1:4:8), type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates, as in hard standing/ paths laid in panels including necessary form work, finishing the surfaces of concrete rough complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, (1:3:6), type C 2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates, as in hard standing laid in panels including necessary form work, finishing the surfaces of concrete rough complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Forming Construction joints 30 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ for 75 mm thick PCC slab thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for preparation of brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC paver blocks, and providing material and labour for, Rubber moulded pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigments, laid over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.
