M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately

Demolition of concrete (Reinforced) in roof, floors, other than ground floors beams, stairs, landings, chajjas, sunken areas and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for levelling course for roof slab, Type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) using waterproofing compound (SBR) for maintaining proper roof slope and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.(Minimum thickness of concrete should not be less than 50mm at any point) Note : Waterproofing compound should be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed by Engr-In-Charge.

OVERLAY- PU BASED ELASTOMERIC LIQUIED MEMBRANE SYSTEM FOR EXPOSED ROOF : Providing and applying polyurethane liquid roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability, thermal insulating elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs for exterior wall and exposed surface with solid content not less than 80% and solar reflective index 109 as per (ASTM E1980-19)/tear strength ~20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days, +30 degree C) (ASTM D624) and tensile strength >= 2 N/mm2 (ASTM D4541). (a) After proper surface preparation, Apply one coat of Primer for PU coating as per manufacturers specification. (b) Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m²(minimum) or equivalent by brush / roller while prime surface is tacky, Spread waterproofing reinforced Glass Fiber mash of 45 GSM with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky. Allow 1st coat to dry. (c ) Apply 2nd & 3rd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m² (minimum) or equivalent by brush/roller. Make : Fosroc/Sika/Choksey/Bostik/STP/ Asian Paints Note : (i) The Minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of roof treatment shall be 1.5mm if any shortfall in thickness of above treatment the same shall be achieved by additional coat. (ii) The procurement of material and execution of the work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by GE. (iii) The manufacturer/authorised applicator shall give a warranty for the performance & durability for 10 years.

S & F in repair hollow PVC wall lining interlocking type 7mm thick plain/coloured /wood grain fitted in to the wall with PVC rawal plug and steel screws including fillets on joints as per manufacturers instruction etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note:- If any minor electric fittings and fixtures disturbed there will be match and fixed as existing.

Material and labour sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS Galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as directed by GE and payment shall be paid accordingly.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : 1. Supply of Chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only mild steel in flat, round or square bars, in available lengths in Fe-290 (Gde E- 165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at rossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck 5 to 10mm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab in flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing incl 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer CM 1:4 for laying finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, sub base and base layer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Premium quality glazed ceramic tile of size 600mm x 300mm thickness 7mm, water absorption between 10% to 20% pasted with spacer, tile adhesive and epoxy grouted with same make as of tile over including 15 mm thick rendereing CM (1:4) and poined in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Premium quality non-skid ceramic tile of size 400mm x 400mm, thickness of 7 to 8mm pasted with tile adhesive and epoxy grouted with same make as of tiles water absorption of the tile should be between 3% to 6% complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking up or down 15/20mm dia GI/PVC Tubing and connection including, cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes ISI SDR 11 pipe 20mm dia with all fittings solvent and fixed to wall and Ceiling or laid in floor, bore of pipe 20mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair one piece/Single body PVC blow moulded concealed cistern, pneumatic type; capacity 9-10 litres, including chrome finish dual flush control plate, flushing pipe and fixing brackets complete assembled and fixed at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer in Charge:- (a) Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound on raised vertical surfaces. (b) Cleaning the surface with wire brush / coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles, dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50 x 50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surface. (e) Provision of glass fiber mesh of 2 x 2 mm immediately on above coating. (f) Apply second coating of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs. (g) Laying AAC block as per requirement. (h) Joining the sanitary pipes with the waterproofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and sanitary pipe with non shrink cementatious grout. (k) Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Taking up or down 25mm dia GI/PVC Tubing and connection including, cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes ISI SDR 11 pipe 25mm dia with all fittings solvent and fixed to wall and Ceiling or laid in floor, bore of pipe 25mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grill, grating or guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, cooler stand and similar work confirming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repair Stop valve/angle ball, cast copper alloy,chromium plated, screwed down for high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repair bib tap,fancy type ,chromium plated, with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, screwed for 15mm bore pipe & fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F Grating doom, 100 mm dia of PTMT (minimum weight 25gms) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Marble work 18 to 20mm thick of any shade (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over 1:6 CM, 20 mm screed bed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M& L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc, and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and distempering walls with 2 coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F 125 mm long aluminium handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L Granite of any type machine cut 20mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing & with adhesive complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.
