Offers with general authorization letter silent on validity period/expiry date will not be considered for placement of order and that offer is liable to be ignored. Bidders must submit authorization letter along with their offer failing which the offer is liable to be ignored. For orders placed on dealers/traders/agents, documents certifying that the material is sourced from the OEM/OEM authorised dealer will have to be produced by the firm at the time of delivery.

Firm should have the proven performance of supply of the item or similar item for last 5 years. Firm past performance by way of purchase orders with completion & performance report, inspection certificates, GEM CRAC. Receipt Notes from other Zonal Railways, Production units or Govt. Departments as per tender documents attached with tender. Only purchase order will not be considered as performance certificate failing to attach performance certificate is considered as disqualified to above tender. Firm having past successful supply performance for minimum 50% for GPS device of the tender quantity for a period of minimum 5 years shall be considered eligible.The period of 5 years shall be counted with respect to date of tender closing

In case of conflict, in any condition between the above documents the conditions mentioned in lower numbered documents shall prevail; for eg. If there is conflict between NIT & IRS conditions then condition mentioned in NIT will prevail, it being numbered 1, whereas IRS condition is numbered 4
