Cleaning & Gauging of Pipeline for successful callipering & UT Compression wave based Inline Inspection Pigging Survey including mobilization & demobilization of cleaning pigs, gauguing pigs, magnetic pigs including required spares, consumables, manpower, equipments etc. to complete the pipeline cleaning job with a cleanliness level for successful completion of UT based Inline inspection & as per direction of EIC.
Calliper Survey of pipeline including mobilization & demobilization of calliper pig including required spares, consumables, manpower, equipments etc. to complete the pipeline callipering including required spares, consumables, manpower, equipments etc. as per direction of EIC.
UT Compression wave based inline inspection Survey with XYZ mapping of pipeline including mobilization & demobilization of IPS tool including required spares, consumables, manpower, equipments etc. to complete the pipeline inspection job as per direction of EIC. This item includes submission of preliminary report, joint dig verification followed by final report ( in One set Hard copy and Six set Soft copies), inspection data (six sets of soft copies) viewing and analysing software.
Evaluation of the inspection data of both (UT Compression wave IPS tool & Calliper tool) for fitness for purpose & Submission of report (1 set hard copy & Six set soft copy).
Comparison of this Inspection data & previous inspection data (ILI carried out in 2017). Preparation of Corrosion Growth Analysis report and its submission to the owner (1 set hard copy & Six set soft copy).
