SITC of Outdoor type LT Feeder Pillar for Power Feeding arrangement at Telecom Factory- Kharagpur

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Out Door Type Double Door weather-proof cubicle of LT feeder pillar with Degree of Protection-IP 43 in accordance with IS-2147, floor mounting type,suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system complete as per detailed specifications and drawing attached , fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland, plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having 1000 Amp capacity extensible type FP aluminum alloy bus bars of height conductivity, bus bar supports, cable alley with bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Al. bus bars and control wiring with 1.0 sq. mm. PVC insulated copper conductor S/C cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half. The compartments and cable alley section shall be protected by rubber gaskets, dust and vermin proof , suitable ventilation system with wire net guards , neutral link, etc. i /c providing following switch gears, making interconnection complete as required 1.Size : (1.150(H) x 1.250(W) x .450(D) approx 2.The top of pillar shall be fitted with a sloping canopy, the design of which shall be such that rain water shall not accumulate on the top. 3.Air ventilation arrangement shall be provided at all sides of the enclosure to facilitate air circulation 4.The Pillar shall be provided with removable split type base plate fitted with rubber grommets for cable entryto facilitate cable jointing. 5.Proper support shall be provided for holding I/C& O/G cables. These, cable support arrangement shall be provided to take the load of the cable. 6.The Busbar of all phases and neutral shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable insulation sleeves. Phase barriers shall be provided between the Busbars and all Busbars shall be in two equal sections with removable link. 7.Panel Construction Free Standing floor mounted with steel frame, 8.The supplier shall submit their own drawing for approval of the competent authority before manufacturing.

Incoming : [Supplying and fixing of 630 Amp 4 pole MCCB having breaking capacity 36 KA (Icu=Ics) along with set of Phase Spreader terminals (set of 4) including connection testing etc as required ( Make L &T DN630N or S.S Make )= 2 Nos.

Outgoing : 4 Pole 1000A 4Strip Al .Bus Bar with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c bus bar cross section supports & their spacing etc. Max. current density of Al Bus-bar =1 Amp/sqmm.The Bus-bar of all phases and neutral shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable insulation sleeves. Phase barriers shall be provided between the Busbars and all Busbars shall be in two equal sections with removable link.
