Taking down aluminium/copper point wiring (light, socket or power ) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and as directed .

Taking down sub main wiring aluminium/ copper of any size including earth continuity conductor on teak wood or conduit and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing DB TPN 4 way and DB SPN 8 way of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L Point wiring complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded 1.5 sq mm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC casing and capping medium grade of size 25/20 mm, etc fixed on wall/ceiling including provision of 1.5 sq mm PVC unsheathed copper conductor as earth conductor and connected to earth dolly, including provision of pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing switches, sockets etc concealed on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) One light point/fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One call bell point controlled by bell push

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet, on the same board with other switches with cable 1.5 sq mm

(d) One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps on independent board.

(e) one light point controlled by two, two way switches.

All as per Item No 4 here in before but complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded wire with 2.5 sq mm copper cable through casing and capping of suitable size and one run of 2.5 sq mm copper cable as earth continuity conductor including connecting with earth dolly for 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair LED INTEGRATED BATTEN T5 tube light fitting type 1x 10 watt indoor decorative aluminium extruded T5 LED Battens-integrated type complete with all accesories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repair LED spot light fitting complete recess mounting type 12 Watt with all accessories internally prewilized including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper cable and complete all as specified and as directed . Make: Luker , Model No.LCOB12 or equivalent in Philips / Crompton / Bajaj Notes for Item Nos 25 to 27:- (i)The contractor shall submit original manufacturer's replacement warranty certificate stating defective light fittings shall be replaced without any extra cost for minimum two years after completion of the work. (ii) The Contractor shall write CA No and date of completion on each LED light fittings. (iii) An amount of 10000/- shall be retained as security deposit against replacement warranty and this amount shall be released after successful completion of two years replacement warranty. Contractor cannot be claimed any interest for this amount.

Fixing only LED Tube light fitting 18/20 watt including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper cable and all as specified and as directed . Note. LED Tube light fitting shall issued under schedule ' B '.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4 mm dia by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 15 mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI wire and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - I and all directed including connections and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.
