Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead above 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead above 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead above 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Construction of embankment using tractor with grader with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Filling with Cut Earth)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material gravel obtained from quarry with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead above 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Using obtained from approved quarry)

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Gravel obtained from approved quarry)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical specification clause. 504. (Using Hydrostatic Paver Finisher)

Providing and laying bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous @ 2.94% and PMBcubes (bit blast) @ 0.56% by weight of total wise and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical specification clause. 504.using Grade -II material and bitumen VG 30 (Using Hydrostatic Paver Finisher)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 25 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-A) or 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509 (Using Hydrostatic Paver Finisher)

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 25 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-A) using premixed bitumen binder @ 23.10 kg/10sqm and PMB cubes (pit blast) @ 4.4kg/10sqm to required line aggregates grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per MoRD Technical specification Clause 509 (Using Hydrostatic Paver Finisher)

Provision of 15 nos. rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm high at centre, 250 mm wide placed at 1 m centre-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint.

Providing and fixing of PMGSY Name board with separate description board at the starting point/intermediate distance as per standard drawing of PMGSY scheme. The top most plate will be in diamond shape of 600mmx600mm size, and the lower MS plate of size 1100mmx300mmx1.6mm thick (angular cut at one end showing the direction/palin end of PMGSY scheme name). The MS sheet (1.6mm thick) shall be strengthened by 25mmx5mm MS plate iron on logo and on bottom plate at edges. The iron frame of both the boards shall be fixed, welded to single 75mmx75mm (12 SWG) sheet tube post. The post shall be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450mmx450mmx600mm, below the ground level. The height of the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from the bottom of the post. The spacing between the top diamond shape board and lower plate shall be 150mm. The PMGSY logo and lettering in the descritption board shall be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour as specified. All the sections of frame and posts shall be painted primer and two coat of epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing.

Providing and fixing of PMGSY logo with definition plate (as per MoRD design / drawing ) 3mm thick plate of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7. The top most plate will be in diamond shape of 600 mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5mm size on back on edges including orange luminous colour epoxy paint on logo, size of definition plate 900 x 300 mm supported on MS post of square hollow section 75 x 75 x 6mm, 3m long. The lettering and borders, etc. of definition plate and PMGSY logo on top plate shall be as per clause 1701.4.6 Messages / Borders. All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The steel tube will be low ground level will be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall bed one as per approved drawing. Posts will be fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1700

Providing and Erecting typical Citizen's information Board as per approved drawing & specification of MORD made of Two plates of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7 of size 900 mm x 750 mm size riveted over welded M.S.angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm size on back on edges. Frame will be welded to two nos. 75mm x 75mm (12SWG) sheet tube sposts placed at 1000mm apart centre to centre these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm below ground level. The lettering and borders, etc. of plates shall be as per clause1701.4.6 Messages / Borders. All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The steel tube below ground level will be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1700

Providing and fixing 3M make reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavement markers made out of poly carbornate / ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement makers shall also confirm the length, height the width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3 M equivallent). The markers shall support a load of 13635Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0Sq.cm. The slope or retro - reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base.
