REPAIRS TO CHAIN LINK FENCING, GATE WALL, BARBED WIRE FENCING, CONCERTINA COILS, MISC ITEM IN TECH AREA AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS AT WSA AREA AT AFS UNDER GE (AF) JORHAT

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work,masonry, etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good of disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS angle section straight portion, embeding in concrete and screwing, etc. securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh, etc. including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, round bars, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required for bracing in chain link fencing complete as specified quality confirming to Fe -410-W complete all specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing including strengthening complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The work shall be carried out as per IS 4996

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs CONSEC-ZAL Super Razor Punched Barb Tape (SRPBT) aluminium base helix coil with and including necessary fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and as directed with the following specifications:- (i) Diameter of concentring coil (unscratched) : 1000mm (ii) Numbers of turns of concentring : 51 turns per coil (iii) weight of each coil with hessian pack -14.50 kg(+ 0.7) (iv) coverage per coil - 8 RM (v) Central core wire:-Made from 2.50mm dia high tensile spring steel (HTSS) wire confirming to IS-4454 duly hot dipped galvanized(confirming to IS 2629) (vi) Razor punched strip:- Razor punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of aluminium base with zinc alloy @ 150 gm/sqm confirming to ASTM A-792/A-792 M. Note : Running length of the wall shall be measured for payment purpose.
