Part I (OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR OPERATION)

Outsourcing of services for operation of reciprocating Central AC Plant 3 x 80 TR (2 working + 1 standby) daily round the clock in 3 shifts of 8 hours each at MH Jaipur including Sunday & Holiday comprising of all equipments/devices/accessories of any type any make inside the installation premises with mobile connectivity to receive instructions during duty with and including preventive/periodical maintenance complete. NOTES:- (i) The contractor shall deploy total 03 Nos Operator (Ref. Mech) on every day. (ii) The rate quoted by contractor is per month per Operator (Ref. Mech). No claim whatever shall be entertained on this account at later stage.

Outsourcing of services for operation of reciprocating Central AC Plant 2 x 80 TR (2 working) daily 08 hrs (1 Shift) at Sapta Sakti Auditorium including Sunday & Holiday comprising of all equipments/devices/ accessories of any type any make inside the installation premises with mobile connectivity to receive instructions during duty with and including preventive/periodical maintenance complete. NOTES:- (i) The contractor shall deploy total 01 No Operator (Ref. Mech) on every day. (ii) The rate quoted by contractor is per month per Operator (Ref. Mech). No claim whatever shall be entertained on this account at later stage.

NOTE (Applicable for Srl item No 1.01 & 1.02):- (i) One number operator (Ref. Mech) shall always be present in each shift (8hours) against Srl item No 1.01 and one number operator (Ref. Mech) shall always be present in shift (8hours) against Srl item No 1.02. In case of absent of any operator, the penalty @ Rs 800.00 per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor. (ii) All operators (Ref. Mech) shall have 3 years trade experience or ITI trained. They should be capable to repair/ replace items given in maintenance part as supply only during routine/ periodical maintenance of AC plants for which any extra amount is not payable. (iii) Operator (Ref. Mech) shall be always be present in proper uniform of approved colour with name plate badge .Contractor shall be prepare duty roster of operator duly signed by all concerned and submitted to concerned in charge/office. If operator found without uniform the penalty @ Rs 150/- per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor. (iv) All operators (Ref. Mech) shall individually be life insured. (v) Police verification should invariably got done for each employees and included in the quoted rate. (vi) Unless otherwise specified shift timings shall be from 06.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs for 1st shift, from 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs for 2nd shift, from 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs for 3rd shift daily. (vii) The rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of all taxes, cess, EPF, levies etc as applicable including GST. (viii) The minimum wages as published by Govt of India/State/Govt local authorities which is highest and which specific minimum rates of wages shall be payable to manpower provided and necessary proof of payment shall be made available to Engineer-in-Charge as when demanded. In case any complaint is received regarding delayed and non-payment of minimum wages by the contractor to worker/manpower/operator the GE as principal employer shall pay directly to the operator engaged for the job for in given month on the account of contractor and amount payable shall be deducted.

Part II (MAINTENANCE)

Renewal unserviceable mechanical oil seal of compressor at coupling end including testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Gas/Oil required to be charged after renewal of mechanical oil seal will be measured and paid separately in respective items of BOQ.

M&L for cleaning of Voltas reciprocating Central AC plant condenser of capacity 80 TR by suitable chemical circulation and brushing of condenser tubers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of AHU’s, cleaning, cooling coils by non acidic suitable chemical, cleaning of filters by suitable mean etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out defective mono block pump of capacity 52 LPS, Model-KDS10/40 and KDS10/50 of make Kirloskar from foundation and shifting it to workshop for repair/ replacement of impellers, bearing, seals etc. Refitting at foundation after repair testing and commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out defective centrifugal pump of capacity 123 cubic metre per hour, of make Kirloskar from foundation and shifting it to workshop for repair/ replacement of impellers, bearing, seals etc. Refitting at foundation after repair testing and commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for checking/ repair/calibration of microm adjuster of compressor control panel, of make Softhard Intelli Sys ,Model VLRP single, type deluxe through authorised service centre of OEM etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only refrigerant oil for compressor etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: HPCL-N68 or equivalent in Indian Oil-Servo-Friz, /BPCL-Freezol 68

Supply only contactor for compressor control panel, AC, 415V, 50Hz, 3 phase etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Model No 3TF47 of make Siemens or equivalent in L&T/ABB

Supply only contactor of compressor control panel, AC 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Model No 3TF49 of make Siemens or equivalent in L&T/ABB

Supply only transducer PT3-30 bar of compressor with horness as per existing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only digital timer of compressor control panel, time range 3-60 Sec, 24/200-240V, 50 Hz, as per existing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only refrigerant gas R-22 for central AC plant in topping up during servicing/maintenance etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Renewal of rubber coupling of motor and compressor and testing, alignment of compressor and motor etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only V belts for AHU motors with existing make size and type etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only heating elements of 2.0 KW capacity of lengths from 1.5 to 2.5 ft as per site etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only heating elements of 3.0 KW capacity of lengths from 1.5 to 2.5 ft as per site etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only HF type HRC cylindrical fuses of rating from 2A to 32A etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: L&T/BCH/Havells

Supply only HF type HRC cylindrical fuses of rating 63A etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: L&T/BCH/Havells

Supply only HN type DIN fuse links of rating 200A etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: L&T/BCH/Havells

Supply only HN type DIN fuse links of rating 630A etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: L&T/BCH/Havells
