S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes 19 mm x 19 mm having wall thickness 19 gauge for stiles. MS tube 15mmx 15mm having wall thickness 19 mm gauge for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having 5mm thick PVC sheet strip 20mm wide struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and 5mm thick PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5mm x 2mm) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top and bottom rail. Paneling of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet to be fixed in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with 5mm x 30 mm PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solventcement complete all as shown in drg given in SSR part 2.
