Taking down old unserviceable Geyser of any capacity and deposit to MES store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Ceiling fan of any size and deposit to MES store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning, storage water heater (geyser), 25 litres capacity, standing loss less than 0.465 Kwh per day for 45⁰C difference of temperature as per IS 2082 (five-star rated as per BEE norms 2023), reheating time less than 60 minutes, mixing factor less than 20%, shock proof high density PUF insulation body material, ABS plastic body material, stainless steel inner tank material, high - performance porcelain enamel glass lined tank comprising fittings (a) heating unit (b) thermostat (c) indicating lamp (d) thermal cutout (e) drain plug (f) flexible cable of suitable length with 3-pin plug of 16A capacity. (g) provision for vent pipe pressure relief valve/device. (h) fusible plug fitted on the crown of water heater with operating temperature between 100⁰C to 110⁰C including fixing by grouting and fastener, including 2 Nos chromium plated connection pipe 450mm long with 2 brass adaptors, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F BLDC base technology ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, Elegent white, Air delivery min 215 CMM, 26 Watt, BEE 5 Star rating, including fixing arrangement etc. Make-Crompton ENERGION HS (regulator enabled) or BAJAJ ENERGOS 26 (With remote) or equivalent Make given in Appx B, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Taking down unserviceable sub-main wiring any type with rigid steel conduits/PVC Conduits/PVC casing-caping complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down of 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custady or for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed the following :- (Note Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule)

Material & labour for Sub main wiring with two runs of single core 2.5 Sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed multi standed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volts grade drawn thorugh and including PVC casing capping of adequate size fixed on surface of wall/ceiling with all necessary fittings and accessaries and 1 run of FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed insulated single core cable with multi standered copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm as earth wire (green in colour) run through casing capping and connected common earth dolly including and Two runs of 2.5 Sq mm as current carrying conductor and one run of 2.5 Sq mm as earth conductor PVC casing capping shall be measured as one run for measurement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of switch socket out let combination with box multipurpose 3/5 pin, 15/16 Amps and (with 3 pin 5 Amps outlet also) flush type (non shuttered) complete all as specified/directed.

M&L Pipe galvanized 15mm dia, “Medium class”, including fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore bib taps cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or handles screwed down, screwed for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Angular stop cock with wall (steel) 15 mm bore including surface finishing complete all as specified and directed.
