Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:excavation to be done only manaually)

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material n, exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified.

M&L for laying of bricks subclass ‘B’ old size laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified.

Supply & laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm thick over the cable complete all as specified and ditected. Note: Sand cushioning thickness (8 cm+15 cm=23 cm) are loose thickness and only Punned thickness 18 cm will be measured and paid.

Taking out old serviceable/ unserviceable HT/ LT UG cables off size from trenches, poles/walls and floor includuing taking out old serviceablee bricks from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting & testing HT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- (excavation, earth work, brick protection, Precast cable cover, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately)

M & L for outdoor type cable end termination joint heat shrinkable type with jointing material complete suitable for HT U/G cable 95 sqmm 3 core XLPE 11 KV (Earth grade) armoured aluminium conductor incl taking down old unsv and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, Laying, connecting and testing LT cable XLPE underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc complete all as directed and all as specified and directed of following sizes:- Note :- (excavation, earth work, brick protection, Precast cable cover, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately)

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded aggregate mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in stay pits and pole foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for and including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning out door type cubical panel board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50mm X 50mm X 6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process complete including old dismantling existing feeder pillar box all as specified and directed with following assembled items. a) TPN Copper bus bar 400 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators not less than 1.0 mtr long b) Incoming MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole 415 Volts AC,Icu=100%Ics, having microprocessor based release for over current,short circuit & earth fault with display and fault discrimination rupturing capacity 35 KA -01 Nos

c) Outgoing MCCB 100 Amps 3 pole 415 Volts AC,Icu=100%Ics, having microprocessor based release for over current,short circuit & earth fault with display and fault discrimination rupturing capacity 25 KA-02 Nos (d) '-ditto- but MCCB 63 Amp - 1 Nos (e) MCB TPN 32 Amps 16 KA - 02 Nos (f) Indicator lamps LED type RYB with holder -01 Set of three (g) CT Coils of suitable ratio -01 Set. Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable as per- IS 694 (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) Earth work and PCC paid seprately.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of out door type cubical feeder pillar Box TPN of size 600mm X 600mm X 300mm Aluminium bus bar 300 Amps, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet inner shell made out of 2.00mm thicK MS sheet and MS angle section 40x40x6 mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60cm above the ground level and 30 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and back open able double door system complete suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz. The bus bar shall be provide with sufficient holes for distribution of LT supply to 8 houses, and making necessary distributions with the help of thimbles etc complete including old dismantling existing feeder pillar box all as specified and as directed.

Old Unserviceable existing Earthing taking out and M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with result less than 5 Ohm with 40mm light grade GI pipe for lead protection and 20 mm medium grade watering pipe and wire mesh funnel and earthing pit of 450mmX450mmX150mm and cover complete all as specifeid and directed. Note: (i) The rates include earth work and PCC work . (ii) The length of protection pipe and earthing strip upto 7.5 mtr includes in quoted rates.

S & F GI pipe 80 mm light grade with all fitting fixed to pole for cable protection complete including old GI pipe taking out all as specified and directed. Note:- (MS clamp nut, bolt and washer for fixing pipe with pole shall be deemed in quoted rate)
