S&F in repair expansion valve required for AC plant of Capacity 5.5 TR Complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge .

M&L for cleaning of evaporator coils of AC plant of capacity 5.5 TR with dilute HCL by force feed method to remove the dust particle formed on the coil & fins,cleaning of liquid lines stainer expansion valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge .

M&L for servicing including cleaning of condensor , cooling coil,refrigerant coils fins with mild detergent and descaling of condensor coil for Package type 5.5 TR AC of including leake testing with N2 gas any make/ capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge .

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out existing burnt out compressor of package type AC 5.5 TR Capacity and supply and fixing sealed unit compresser of existing capacity , single phase, 230 V AC supply initialy filled with compressor oil/gas as speciifed by Engr-in-charge and testing on load for 24 hrs in summer complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge .

M&L for servicing including cleaning of condensor & evaporator coils fins with mild detergent and descaling of condensor coil for split type AC of any make/ capacity after taking down the whole unit and refixing at the existing location or any other new location after servicing all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge .

M&L for taking out burnt winding of 1 HP blower motor outdoor/indoor and rewinding with new winding as per existing specificatation complete all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge .

M&L for taking out burnt winding of 2 HP blower motor outdoor / indoor and rewinding with new winding as per existing specificatation complete all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge .

Supply fixing in replacement of V Belt of size A-28 suitable for 5.5 TR Capacity package Unit AC all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge .

M&L micro filter for AC Plant of capacity 5.5 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge .

M&L Air filter for AC Plant of capacity 5.5 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge .

Supply fixing in repair canvas cloth in between AHU and cold air duct of AC plant after removing the unserviceable cloth complete all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge .

Supply fixing in repair AC duct made up GI Sheet in existing location as per existing (900x450) mm size including proper insulation by glass wool & alluminium foil all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge .

Taking down old Alluminium/Copper Sub main wiring and M&L for new Sub main wiring of cassing and capping using Two single core PVC insulated cable(FRLS) 4 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and One 4 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FRLS)using as earth wire and drawing into and including PVC cassing capping Complete all as specified and directed. Note:- One run of PVC cassing capping & three run of 4 sqmm copper wire measured as one Unit .

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground in earth pit diggiged in any type of soil/ strata (Earth plate not less than 3.0 M in deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.4m below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20x3 mm by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brasss -03 Nos including brazing of copper strip , filling of remaining portion of pit with low resistivity agriculture soil bring from out side defence land, connecting strip to earthing test point including necessary earth work in any type of strata and PCC 1:3:6 type B1 for chamber and RCC chamber cover 50mm thick in lieu of CI cover, copper strip to be protected by providing 40mm GI pipe light grade and water pipe of 32 mm medium grade with funel and wire mess complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (a). The quoted rate includes the rate of Magnesium Sulphate of 40Kg per earth pit poured with salt and charcoal layed in layer in pit to obtain low earth resistance value. (ii) Contractor shall test the earth pit in presence of MES rep and prepare test sheet of newly constructed earth pit . (iii). If the desired earth resistance not obtained the earthing shall be re-done by contractor without any extra cost to Govt . (iv) 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth lead strip protection and 32 mm medium grade pipe for watering and earth strip up to 7.5 Mtr incl in quoted rates beyond that both are measured and paid separetely. (v) Filling of agriculture sand brought from out side defence land shall be included in the unit rate . No extra payment shall be paid for this by the department. (vi) Display plate made of MS sheet of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 3 mm welded to MS square bar to be fixed by contractor on each earthing without any extra cost.

All as per srl item No. 44 here-in-before but Cap 1.5 TR Single phase 230 volts AC 50 Hz supply complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Shifting of split type AC from MES yard / existing location to the new location by taking it out after filling the opening of old location with cement mortor, applying white wash on wall with matching with existing colour of the site and making opening holes on brick wall at new location and gap well finished with cement mortor, applying white wash, colour wash, distemper etc on wall to match with existing colour of the adjacent surface , installation and commissioning with replacement of insulation of suction & discharge line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Shifting of window type AC from MES yard / existing location to the site/ new location where directed & installation by making necessary opening of brick wall/ window and preparing gap well finished by cement mortor applying white washing in matching with the existing colour, disposal of waste material/ filling gap with ply wood on front side of AC and outer corner of ply wood applying two coats of enamelled paint over a coat of primer on plywood surface to match the existing location all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix switch fuse metal clad single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
