Supply & Fixing in replacement Socket outlet, 2 in one 6 pin 5 and 15 Amps piano flush type ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement 3 pin Bakellite Top (ISI Marked) of 16 Amp capacity,240V only for repalcement of burn /unserviceable top for geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Switch piano flush type 15 amps, single pole one way duly ISI marked. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting, dismantling of solar water heating system direct / indirect type incl all water and electric connection of capcity 1000/500 ltrs per day and repair of leakage of any size of pipes valves , filters etc. , refixing the same in existing position with replacement of necessary hose pipe, rubber gaskets clamps etc. after the following repairs and testing complete:-. (a) Replacement of the worn out/missing nuts bolts , washers, unions,sockets flanges and screw etc complete. (b) Dismantling & disconnection the hot water pipes and normal water by using appropriate chemicals/Anti corrosive/Anti scaling agent solution, cleaning and washing all copper tube & water circulated pipes of heat convetor sets throughly cleaning the complete solar pannel of making the tube scale free and reassemling the pannel. (c) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks, removing sludge and scale from the tank manually using suitable chemicals complete. (d) Repair of collector fins including required welding works etc complete. (e) Testing on completion after Repair work and making the Solar Water Heater functional in all each aspects. test report submitted duly signed by contractor and Engr-incharge. Note:- The Spare parts such as Solar energy collector panel, toughned glass, rubber gasket, hose pipe, insulation for hot water pipe, heating element, thermostat, Water Storage tank, gate valve/float valve, shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items.

All as per item No. 31 here in before but of capacity 300/200/100 ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation in relacement of complete one solar energy collector panel (FPC) made of aluminium body with toughened glass complete with copper fins incl all accessories capable to heat 100 Litre water per day suitable to be fitted for1000 LPD, 500 LPD, 300 LPD, 200 LPD & 100 LPD Solar water heating system complete all as specified and directed by . Make:-Tata BP Solar/Sun Stellar/Inter Solar/RES or Equivalent make as approved y GE. Note: 1 Solar FPC collector can heat 100LPD water.

Supplying and fix in replacement of Solar panel toughened glass (1m×2m) or equivalent size as of existing having thickness 4 mm all as per as existing model of Solar panel system complete all as specified and directed

M&L For insulation of hot water pipe with puff pvc rubber insulation with proper aluminium tapping duly one side adhesive of 0.01 mm for 20/15 mm bore GI pipe complete all as apecified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Evacuated Tubes Box of 58×1800 MM or equivalent size as of existing sample.complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggrigate for foundations fillings and mass concrete for install of solar collector & support of hot water tank/hot water pipes Complete all as specified and directed .

M&L in replacement of submain wiring with two single core cables PVC FRLS insulated unshethed 4.0 Sqmm stranded copper conductor drawn in existing conduit with and including PVC FRLS INSULATED 4.0 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting complete all asspecified and directed .Note: PVC cable two single core and one single core of sizes as mentioned will considered as one unit.

S&F as in repairs heating element for solar water heater of wattage 3.0 KW operating on 240 v AC complete all asspecified and directed .

Repair only of hot water tank of capacity of200/300/ 500 lts after dismantling of hot water and cold water pipe connection, alumimnium cladding and pipe connection etc and complete and re-fitted after welding/brazing and painting Complete all as specified & directed.

Repair only of hot water tank of capacity of 1000 lts after dismantling of hot water and cold water pipe connection alumimn cladding and pipe connection etc and re-fitted after welding and paint and painting

Repair in replacement of filters of solar water heating system & connection Complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of Bib tap , cast copper alloy fancy type , Chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed. Complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and fitnut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SP 40 Amps,220 Vots complete all as specified and directed.
