Excavation in trenches/Pits in any type of soil(soft/loose), n.exc. 1.5M wide and n.exc. 1.5M deep and getting out complete, all as specified & directed .

Returning filling in with the earth obtained from Item No 1 here-in-before including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance n.exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 Mtr above starting point complete all as specified & directed

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks (Old Size) laid flat in trenches as cable covers complete all as specified and directed

Supply and spreading clean and dry sand (unwashed) in trenches around the cable and in the cable ducts of LT Panels for cushioning all as specified & directed

Site Clearance in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in replacement of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core including taking down old U/s cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as oer item No.7 but of size 16 sqmm 4 core.

All as per item No. 7 of size 10 sqmm 4 core.

S & F in replacement of PVC insulated sheathed Aluminium 2.5 sqmm twin core cable, 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

-ditto- all as per item no 10 here in before but of size 4 sqmm twin core.

M&L for Painting of 11 m steel pole with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for HT overhead line/ street light with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle & marking three blue & two white bends width 30 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of 9 m steel pole with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line/ Street light with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle & marking three blue & two white bends width 30 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of steel pole hight up to 4 Mtr with clamp of any length and shape with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI pipe “Light Grade” in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cables, including sealing ends all as specified & directed of following size :- (Clamps to be measured and paid under appropriate item)

Taking down unserviceable street light fittings LED/sodium/ mercury vapour/ metal Halide/solar/High mast/POST TOP lantern/TORSIO/down lighter of any wattage or size for repair/ replacement of burn out/worn-out/ weak accessories and re- fixing in position after repair/ replacement of accessories and testing etc complete. Note : 1. Parts requierd for replacement, shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate items.

Supply only following parts for street lights:

Electronic Drive, 230 V, 50 Hz, protection grade IP - 66, with surge protection suitable for 100/90 Watt Street light and Flood light fittings.

Electronic Drive, 230 V, 50 Hz, protection grade IP - 66, with surge protection suitable for 60/70 Watt Street light and Flood light fittings.

Electronic Drive, 230 V, 50 Hz, protection grade IP - 66, with surge protection suitable for 45/50 Watt Street light and Flood light fittings.

(i) The driver should be potted ant vibration type, IP66 should be sustain 440 volt for 2-4 hrs (ii) LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 50000 burning hrs LED life from NABL lab shall be provided (iii) CRI (Colour Rendering Index of fixture shall be greater then 70 (iv) CCT ( Colour correlated Temperature) of fixture shall be ± 300K (v) system lumen efficiency shall be > 100 lumen/Watt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure including provn of three core cable of copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core of white covering for making connection, fixing the fitting on wall including all necessary fixing accessories complete all as directed.

M&L for attending and rectifying any type of street light, flood lights, perimeter lights fittings, high mast lights, gate light ,post top lantern, garden lights,switches sockets,bulb,holders ,pole box,power points ,DBs ,MCBs service connection by decarbonising neutrals ,checking for any loose connections in the boardsall complaints by electrician and helper in North Camp, Tech area, Happy Home, 71 RMU, 820 SU, Begum bazar, 14 P&SU, MAP,South Camp, New Project, Veer Path and other area as directed by Engr- in Charge. Note (i) The contractor will be responsible for safety, security as per MES standard. (ii) All tools and plants like plier, screw driver, tester, test lamp, clamp meter, bamboo ladder etc will be provided by contractor. (iii) Each Job contains minimum 5 complaints. (iv) Each Job (minimum five complaints) done by one electricin including helper. (v) Complaint shall be attended round the clock without refusing as and when called for by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cutting of tree branches touching/ falling on over head line upto 2 m distance from conductors including clearing the site complete.NOTE : Cutting of tree branches shall be done only at places/ spans where thick/ dense trees are existing around over head lines.

S&F in replacement of Flexible LED strip 25W, IP 65 WW uses high brightness , transparent ,Heat resistant with PVC covering duly visible in dark from far off distance fitted with suitable connectors for inter connection compl ete plug and socket arrangement suitable to be fitted on edges of buildings,pathways and outer periphery of boundary walls ,Maingates , Hardstandings etc complete with clamping at suitable distance to take the shape of required physical structure of Warm white all as directed and specified.

M & L for Painting of AF color strip up to 1.5 mtr height on PCC/steel Pole including junction box & Marking of Pole No by Trained Painter etc complete as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of street light bracket (with two set of clamp, nuts & bolts) made out of 32 mm medium grade GI pipe bend to shape and with fixing arrangement duly welded all as directed, length of pipe should not be less than 1.2 mtrs complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of LED Flood light fitting 150 watt, with surge protection 4KV inbuilt in driver and minimum 10 KV separate, IP66 having Pressure dia cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, individual LED lenses complete making connection with suitable in size 3 core of wire and suitable for mounted on angle iron frame. (i) The driver should be potted ant vibration type, IP66 should be sustain 440 volt for 2-4 hrs (ii) LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 50000 burning hrs LED life from NABL lab shall be provided (iii) CRI (Colour Rendering Index of fixture shall be greater then 70 (iv) CCT ( Colour correlated Temperature) of fixture shall be ± 300K (v) system lumen efficiency shall be > 100 lumen/Watt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting of grass, roots touching/ falling on elect pole upto top of pole including clearing the site complete. NOTE : Cutting of grass, roots shall be done only at places/ spans where all are existing around elect pole.

Supply & fixing in replacement of contactor suitable for street light timer panel any type following size.

S&F in replacement of LED post top lanterns 25W spherical shape polycarbonate diffuser & IP65 protection. Led efficacy more then 100 Lm/Watt, 6500K, PF not less then 0.95 THD < 10 % suitable for mounting on 40/50 mm pole, necessary pre cast conector for connecting wire, complete.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Junction box [FRP] of size 250 x 200 x 100 mm complete with bakelite connector 100 apms capacity 4 way MCB SP 06 amps capacity with necessary fixing arrangements by providing MS clamps 2 nos made out of MS flat 25 x 5mm including nut bolts etc complete.

S&F in replacement of LED Bollards 8watt/9watt in cylindrical shape with opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection complete with all accessories including provn of three core cable of copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core of white covering , for making connection including all necessary fixing accessories complete all as directed Make : Havells/ Philips /Crompton/Wipro.

S& F in replacement of digitel type timer switch, 415 Volts 3 phase suitable for existing timer panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in - Charge.
