(40.22) Tuman masonry by brick bats/ stones in grinded mortar of Lime Surkhi mortar 1:2/lime sand mortar 1:2 including racking and removal of all old loose plaster and cleaning the wall surface properly as per direction of Engineer In-charge.

(38.6) Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

(40.61) Propping with steel to support the leaned structure ( roof and wall) using pipes, channels, angles, girders , wooden wages to prevent further leaning/ collapse ,mode of measurement( 1.the plan area of the propping shall be for payment purpose. 2. the payment will be made once only for execution of all item such work. )

(40.65) Providing and fixing fine dressed sand stone " Gardana of sand Stone " on top of the wall at varandha as per existing matching , fixing in grinded lime surkhi mortar 1:2 including pointing in cream and stone powder 1:1 with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone complete in all respect. above 100 mm to 150 mm thick plain with fine dressing.

(40.5) P & L Lime Surkhi Plaster lime surkhi mortar 1:2 (1 Lime : 2 Surkhi) including preparation of mortar by traditional practice (by grinding) in specified course for base coarse and subsequent course & Loi, tamping, beating, curing till the shrinkage cracks are disappear. The work is to be done with all lead as the work is of restoration nature as per Jaipur practice including adding gur, methi & gugal on old walls including removal of all old loose and decade plaster, each coat to be done after 3 days of previous coat.

(40.5.1) 33 mm thick in four coats

(40.17) Khamira Colour Washing as per old traditional practice to prepare the Khamira the lime should be slaked at least for 7-10 days and regularly it should be stirred by adding cured, Gugal, for non-synthetic colour adding gum (babool gum) as per specification. Then applying prepared solution on walls three to four thin coats as desired finishing.

(40.19) Providing & applying Lime kara 1:2 (1lime cream : 2 Zikki powder) grinding mortar with grinding mill/manually on lime base, on ceiling and all flat surface in two coats. First coat applying 3 mm to 4 mm thick and curing properly at least 7 days, second finishing coat done after 7 days of previous coat as per traditional practice.(thickness not more than 6 mm.)

(40.18) Stucco work in lime, Surkhi, mortar (1:2) as per existing design work/ traditional practices by skilled craftsman, the stucco work should be done as per restoration nature, the mortar should be prepared by grinding mill adding gur, methi & gugal.. The thickness varies from 50 mm to 100mm as per the design (minimum rectangular surface area to be measured).

(12.6) Providing and fixing of reinforced Ferro-Cement drain covers designed for ‘AA‘ class loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75mm to 150mm anti corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate , Rim and M.S. lifting hooks, Admixtures like plasticizer, bond improving compound, shrinkage, resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc.

(12.6.4) 4) Standard Size 2100x500mm (150mm thick) for span 1201 to 1500mm

(29.26.1) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

(9.3) Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in concrete mixer, laid manually, compacted with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

(9.4) Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix in pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

(32.2) Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :
