Providing floor finish with anti-skid tiles of approved make, colour and quality and of size 300x300x6mm over 10mm thick Cement mortar 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in all floors for Bath and Toilet cutting chase in walls wherever required, cost of all materials labour charges lead, lift, curing T&P etc., complete -10M²

Dadooing the walls with Joint free ceramic tiles of approved make, colour, pattern, quality and size over 10mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in all floors for Bath, toilet for a height of 2.40m and above kitchen platform as directed by the Enginer incharge at site including cutting chase in walls wherever required, finishing neat cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete - 10M²

Brick work in CM 1:4 using Fly ash Bricks of size 23x11x7.5cm with minimum compressive strength of 75kg/cm² for trench wall as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, abour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for trench walls including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position Colour Glazed Model Floor Mounted European Water Closet of size 460x380mm of best quality and approved make with 100mm "P" or "S" trap connecting with CI pipe of 100mm dia / PVC pipe of 110mm dia, double flpped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with CP brass hinges including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., including supplying and fixing 10 litres capacity PVC / 12.5 litres capacity porcelin low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets, etc., complee with all fittings, such as, 15mm brass ball valve with polythene float with brass handle, union coupling connected by mleans of 40mm white PVC flush hand using indian adopter joint including all internal fittings, such as 15mmbras connections, 15mm nylon connection, TW plugs, screws and also giving necessary connection to the PVC pipe and painting the CI brackets with 2 coats of approved paint over one coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the masonry and re-doing the dismantled masonry to original condition, etc, complete complying with standard specifications. Supplying and fixing Indian water closet of size 530x410mm Parryware make or Equivalent (model - thrift) of approved quality and colour with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap conforming to IS 2556-Part XII with 10 lit capacity PVC Cistern tank and 12mm dia Angle Valve water colset is connected with 32mm dia PVC 6Kg/cm² pipe of required length, packing the joints of the closet with the traps with asbestos rope using cement mixed with approved water proof compound, laying the closet over sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of Lime, two part of sand and five part of brick jelly) of 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope, connecting to soil pipes by dismantling the brick masonry / RCC making good the disturbed portion to original condition and finished water tight without leakage complying with standard specification as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, Transporting, all labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

White washing with two coats of white cement for outer area and ceiling surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats of Oil Bound distemper over a coat of water based primer including applying two coats of Wall Putty paste of approved quality over the priming coat one coat by one coat and making the interior walls smootheing by scrapping with nice sand paper for interior surfaces as directed by the engineer at site including cost of all materials such as Oil bound distemper, Wall Putty paste, Primer, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats of Oil Bound distemper over a coat of water based primer for interior surfaces as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
