Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-incharge.
Earth work in excavation by manual means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressingof sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
Ordinary rock.
Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulicoperate high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300 m.
Taking out C.I.cover with frame from R.C.C. top slab of manholes of various sizes including demolishing of R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means and stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling manually/by mechanical means including stackingof serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :
Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means includingdisposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
Supplying and fixing of Ductile circular man hole cover 560x560 C-250 Specification E-124-C-250,25 MT (HD) clear opening 560 mm ,internal diameter ,tolerance as per CT-11ISO 8062-2000.
Raisingmanholecover and frameslab to required level including dismantling existing slab and king good the damage as required (Raising depth of manholeto be paid separately): Rectangular manhole 120x90 cm with circular cover 560 mm dia of grade HD - 20.
Laying and fitting of UPVS pipe 160mm dia (heavy duty) type BSWR pipe confirming to IS 13592 including safe carriage upto site of work and fixing in position as required 160mm UPVC pipe. UPVC pipe 160mm dia =1m.
Pumping out water caused by springs, tidalorriver seepage, broken water mainsor drains and the like.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Labour required for removal of manhole cover and various miscellenious work and for fixing manhole cover to its orginal shape.
Filling availableexcavatedearth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm indepth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
