M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars and cornices, including brooming down and cleaning the surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on wall surface complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L preparing old plaster or unplastered decorated surface and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old external plastered surface of walls and applying priming ( Seal- o - Prime) on plastered surface and two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Weather coat smooth) all as specifired and directed. Note : Applying by roller applictaion by auth person of company as recommended by Engineer In Charge. Make : Berger / Asian)

M&L washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L preparing old painted wooden surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint all as specified and directed.

M&L One coats of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces over red oxide primer exc 10 CM in width or girth including preparation of old painted steel surfaces.

M&L preparation of old decorted surface of walls complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion of any tint all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable plaster/concrete from the existing surface of chajja/facia and making good the surface in proper shape with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (the uneven and depresed surface of concerte shall be make good by using cement mortar (1:2) including matching the surface with existing treatment complete all as directed.

Demolition of precast RCC jallies incl framing of any description and in any position set in cement mortar

M & L precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type B-0 mix 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) for 30mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame set in CM 1:4

M&L providing precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, steps, string course, coping, apex stone, pier caps, columns, posts, boundry pillars, bed plates with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates.

Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in In cement mortar 1:6

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster/ tiles, stone of any descrption on PCC/ stone surface/ brick surfaces of wall or ceiling including raking outs joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M & L rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work on wall in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on other faces of brick work including finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L 50 mm thick plain cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggergates ) as in plinth protections 100 mm thick finished even and fair with joints 10 mm wide and in full depth at corners and @ 3 m c/c filled with mastic mortar.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of any tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L scrapping roof surface with wire brushes and washing with water etc including taking down old cement plaster, PCC of any thickness, description in any situation ,position and roof treatment any type for making good to receive new roof treatment any type. and removal of same from site to out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes in roof, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L painted cement plastered surfaces with one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm conforming to IS-3384 and laying APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/sqm) shall only be used. It shall be laid by torch application. Side over laps shall be 75mm and the end lap shall be 100mm and all over laps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. For parapets, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60cm and then inserted inside the parapet groove. This shall be finished by a membrane flashing.

M&L for marble crezy over 20mm the screed in CM 1:4 shall be laid over surface obtained after fine sand dusting. When the cement is still green, 18-20mm thick marble crazy pieces shall be spread in regular panel using dividers of marble strips 18-20 mm thick and 50mm wide the size of panels shall be 1.0 to 1.50 m in length and breadth spread over the entire roof area so that 80-85% area of roof is covereed by these piecses leaving joints 10 to 15 mm vide the spece for joints shall be filled with cement sands and marble agg of 4 to 7mm size like in " cast in situ tarrazo topping" the work of placing curing and grinding shall be done all as per clause 13.38.4 to 13.38.6 of SSR Part-I

M&L padding in PCC 12:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5mm size graded stone aggregate) laid to provide a finished slope of 1:30 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified
