M&L for prepartion of old distemperd/ painted wall surface by washing down, rubbing and stopping including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots thereafter filling of holes and cracks with birla wall care putty to obtain an even and smooth wall surface and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with Graco spray machine on wall surface including scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone on 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1: 6 including grinding and polishing complete as in cooking plateform including dismantling of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any discription or thickness in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge such as in steps cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall thereafter filling of holes and cracks with wall care putty to obtain an even and smooth wall surface and applying one coat of white wash alongwith including scaffolding arrangement, trestles, ladders complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item no 4.00 here-in-before but two coat of white wash on wall/ceiling surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces and applying one coat of exterior grade oil emulsion paint as per manufacturer instruciton complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering with ready mix plaster on faces of brick or concrete wall surface, finished even and smooth including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering with ready mix plaster on faces of brick or concrete ceiling surface, finished even and smooth including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls/ ceiling and applying two coats of GreenPro certified water-based, modified acrylic, exterior Apex Suprema Emulsion or equivalent as per required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives, heat reflectant property, VOC less than 2% by mass, Class A IS-15489 and IS-101 @5-6 sqm/ltr over one coat of primer with and including 1mm thick waterproof wall care putty to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.
