Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated semi corrugated sheet & ridge in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 6mm thick Asbestos corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs/ walls, with fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated(150 GSM) steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified. (Note:- Work be executed at shed height Appx 08 mtr)

M&L for fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting 2mm thick with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Work be executed at shed height Appx 08 mtr)

M & L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain(150 GSM) steel sheet o.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified. (Note:- Work be executed at shed height Appx 08 mtr)

M&L for making easing of sliding shutter gate and repairing of sliding top/bottom rail sections, wheel and other components all as required and refixing of sliding shutter on same position after taking down shutter (Size of shutter 4.5mx4.5m) complete all as spd and directed

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing completecomplete all specified and directed.

S&F in repair expanded metal, weight not less than 4 kg per sqm, cut to length, bent to shape as required, including steel frame size of 25 x25x 4mm etc. welded to steel members where required in any position (Ventilator size 4.5m x0.5m etc) etc) and at any height complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair wire netting galvanised 1.4mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 12mm chequered finish and fixed with galvanised wire staples/ welding/nut and bolt to mild steel frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar of approved make on wall surface, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster and three coat of white wash over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints and flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment to old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls & applying two coat of colour washing to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 392000.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
