PART - 'A' Operation of 3 (Three) Nos. 55 KW capacity Centrifugal Pump Motor set, 2 (Two) Nos. 9 KW capacity Centrifugal Pump Motor set, Submersible Pump Motor set (7 Nos. of different capacity), D.G. Set, Chlorination System, operation of Valves (3 nos. OHR’S) along with 11/0.433 KV, 1 x 315 KVA Sub-Station having 2 No. 315 KVA Transformer, Breaker, Panels, Crane, L.T. Panel etc. complete with switching ON/OFF of outdoor & indoor lighting complete with operation of all other electrical / mechanical gadgets and ancillaries including guarding (Security personnel for Bolpur Water Supply Project) for 24 hours a day, sweeping and beautification of garden etc. all complete on daily basis as per direction of EIC. [36 nos. labour payment ensuring minimum wages with 8.33% bonus, PF, ESI as per Govt. rules..]

Periodical inspection, twice in a month, by Electrical Supervisor having valid Supervisors’ certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. in India. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the Pump House & Sub-station Building. The Supervisor requires to have thorough knowledge of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy / fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e., pumps, motor, valves with actuators, flow / level, lightings, exhaust fans, HT & LT Panel Boards, Cables, Capacitors, Transformer, Battery and Battery charger along with in-house lighting system. All other necessary requirement to execute the maintenance work.

Calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter, Voltmeter, Kilowatt Meter etc. test of all relays, transformer oil (dielectric test) by agency approved by Directorate of Electricity/WBSEDCL / Any Power Generating Unit once in two months and submission of the Test Report to Department in each case.

Maintenance for upkeepment of Centrifugal pumping machinery, Submersible Pumping machinery (7 Nos. Bore Wells), all panel boards, luminaries system both indoor & outdoor, compressor, D.G. sets, transformer, H.T & L.T switch Gear equipment in sub-station, chlorination system to ensure residual chlorine of 0.2PPM at the farthest point of pipe line, actuator valve & spares in pump house, bore well, greasing of OHR valves etc including pretty repairing with supply of all necessary minor materials (having cost of any individual item within `500.00) by contractor as per direction of EIC. (a) WTP

Beautification of the existing garden and the vacant place inside the compound with supplying of all manure, saplings, fertilizer and other materials and manpower required for plantation atleast 3 times (Summer, autumn, winter) by necessary seasonal flower plants, other decorative plants & other fruit plants, as and when required, supplying necessary fertilizer, bio chemical, manures, pesticides, Insecticides etc. including regular curing, watering, nursing, uprooting seasonal plants, propagation by cutting, turfing, pruning, weeding young plants, at Western.

Upkeepment of CWR (1 No.) and OHR’s (3 Nos.) by washing, cleaning of silt mud from Chamber / cell by applying suitable disinfector (Bleaching powder as per I.S) including jungle cutting of CWR & OHRS premises (Once in two month) as per direction of EIC.

Transportation of empty chlorine Cylinder from Bolpur Water Supply Project to filling station by hired vehicle, unloading the same, loading the filled in chlorine gas cylinder after refilling the empty container and back to Bolpur worksite by a hired vehicle and unloading by providing all precautionary measures as required as per direction of EIC (Above cost includes the cost of refilling of the toner) (a) Toner(930Kg.)

Operation of D.G. sets by supply of H.S. Diesel and lubricant for auxiliary power as and when required during power failure as per direction of EIC. (If power failure not occure within a weak it will run for one hour per week to keep the DG set in running condition.) (a) Western WTP (180 KVA)

Recording of reading of bulk water meter installed in different sites under the Project of distribution main at zone covering Eastern, Western & Surul by deploying appropriate personnel once in a month in presence of consumer & PHE Officials in a register (supplied by the agency) with proper signature of proper authority within 2nd day of next month.

Providing Supervisor on full time basis having following qualification and experience as mentioned below for supervising the entire eastern side of Bolpur water supply Project area by making close contact with PHED Officials and with Local Authorities in maintaining smooth supply of water. Qualification for Supervisor Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering having sufficient experience to handle / supervise same nature of job.
