E/M PORTION (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION):- Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) of any description & in any position complete including all fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings, lamp holders etc including taking out and removing serviceable fittings/fixtures and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc. to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sq.mm FRLSH insulated multistranded copper conductor ,1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as per proper colour coding conforming to relevant IS drawn through existing concealed PVC conduit including FRLSH, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor cable of size 1.50 sqmm as earth conductor as per proper colour coding and modular boxes of 16 Gauge (i.e. 1.6mm thickness), etc including all accesories if required making good the disturbed surfaces of walls and paint tuch up to match with the existing surfaces as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 123,124,125 & 148: Insulation resistance test: All wiring shall be tested with 500V Meggar between phases, phase – neutral and to Earth. IR value shall not be less than 1M-ohm.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable in accordance with relevant IS with proper colour coding, 1100 volts grade drawn in ISI marked MMS grade PVC conduit of dia 20mm minimum/ casing capping , 1.2 mm thick minimum, 20mm width minimum with double locking arrangement, surface type terminated in sunken type GI sheet metal flush boxes of 16 Gauge (i.e. 1.6mm thickness) including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for following:- NOTE FOR ITEM NO 125,126,127 & 148 :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including core cutting wherever required to draw the wires and finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. If the building is stone masonry, diamond tools must be used to cut the surfaces. (ii) The decision of casing capping/PVC conduit rests with the Engineer-in-charge.For casing capping, screws of minimum 35x8mm and suitable plugs should be used for fixing. In case of stone walls, wooden gutties shall be grouted in wall for fixing of screws. Distance between 2 screws shall not be more than 600mm. Size of Trunking shall be correct depending on number of wires to be drawn as per SSR Part1 but not less than 20mm. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision and installation of conduits, covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size modular white colour cover plate with frame and modular metal flush box. All metal boxes and plates to be of the same make as the switches mentioned in this schedule. (iv) Insulation Resistance test : All wiring shall be tested with 500V Meggar between phases, phase – neutral and to Earth. IR value shall not be less than 1M-ohm.

M/L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded single core copper conducter 6 Sqmm drawn through PVC conduit/casing capping including accessories with 6 sqmm PVC insulated earth wire fixed to the existing wall with saddles, screws etc after removing the unserviceable wiring and connecting up ,all as directed. Note: 2 runs of 6 sqmm copper cable and one run of 6 sqmm copper earth wire and conduit/Casing & Caping will be measured as one length complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified and as directed. Disconnecting and removing ceiling fan of any sweep any height from electrical connection bringing down, dismantling, cleaning internally and externally thoroughly, lubricating with approved lubricants, reassembling, refixing in original position including minor repairs for the smooth functioning and provision of new flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan including painting of ceiling fan complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc & testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories without remote, 230 V, 1200mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated as per latest BEE norms in vogue at the time of supply with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) including depositing the unserviceable ceiling fan to MES E/M store complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of louvers with suitable frame work and fixing arrangements for exhaust fan of any size sweep complete including removing the existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, vertical storage type with ferroglass coated anti-rust inner container and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, heavy duty anode rod, preset thermal cutout, BEE 5 Star rated as per latest BEE norms (i.e. standing losses ≤ 0.465 kWh/24 hour/45°C which is only valid till 31st Dec 2025, material shall be supplied as per latest revision at the time of supply, complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection piece(hot and cold water connection pipe) etc complete all as specified and as directed (as per latest authorization). Supply and fix stop valve of dia 20 mm with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix bib tap of dia 20 mm cast iron alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwd for iron pipe to outlet pipe of geyser complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of any length CPVC pipe of dia 20 mm dia manufactured as per IS : 15778 including connection sockets, elbow and brass tee for connecting pipes etc and connecting pipe to inlet and outlet of the geyser complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of any length GI pipe of dia 15 mm dia, ISI marked, medium grade including connection sockets, elbow and tee for connecting pipes etc to the existing pipeline including civil work required if any and connecting pipe to inlet and outlet of the geyser complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Non-metallic PVC conduit MMS grade conforming to IS 9537:latest, FRLS, dia 20mm including all accessories, core cutting and hardware complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of cutting chases shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED building security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection with suitable no of nuts, bolts and clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply 12" gold life smart down rod (Anti suicide fan rod) MS pipe zinc plated, 19mm OD, 1.8+/- 0.05mm thick, spring set grade 3 carbon steel material zinc plated, MSME tested for performance test and opening at impact load of 22 kgf + and spring hidden in pipe will expand to about 1 mtr or more, powder coated white colour for ceiling fans of any size with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting round holes suitable for fixing of exhaust fan of any size and shape into through stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required and plastering in CM 1:4 external / internal surfaces and finished to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, 150mm sweep, plastic body, power consumption not to exceed 25W, minimum noise level ncluding meshes/louvers complete including any civil work required to fix the exhaust fan in position on existing windows complete all as specified and as directed (as per latest authorization).

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY : Supply and fix in replacement XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in hard /dense soil for laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable complete in respect complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to seperate composite particles etc as per IS 1255:1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Returning and filling in soils , including spreading ,levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr away from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe light grade 40mm dia laid in trenches/concealed in wall for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
