S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and Kg fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) quality of Fe 410 W (Gde-E 250) including distance pieces, cleats and welding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS work as in Wind Tie in roof and MS structural works in trusses, etc with screwed ends including nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls chimneys, roofs, arches etc any kind rods and straining bolts conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including necessary welding complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete wall/ ceiling etc. including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compund on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water Proofing compund will be measuered and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved quality all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
