Survey, Prepartion of DPR (Detailed Project Report) for installing roof top solar photo voltaic system at AF Stn Najafgarh. The Contractor shall carryout adequate NDT test on structural element of the buildings on which RTS will be installed to check structural strength to withstand roof top solar system. The contractor shall submit the structural report duly vetted by Govt Engg College. NOTE- 1. The Payment shall be made as per below yardstick for this item only a. Survey of all site complete - 10% b. Submission of DPR - 20% c. Carrying out NDT test as specified by GE (Three Core cutting test of each building)(100 No. Rebound Hammer Test) at the location specified - 20% d. Submission of vetted Structural Audit Report to GE and Approval of GE - 30% e. Submission of Vetted drawings of Solar Panel & Module Mounting Structure and Approval of GE - 10% f. After successful completion of Work as notified by GE - 10%
Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of on grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Mono Crystalline silicon solar cells including installtion of Bi-directional meter/net metering facility, necessary protections, suitable earthing (individual one for AC & DC side each) as required as per site conditions, mounted on ballast structure of suitable strength with following components at location specified in tender documents complete as required: - a) Solar Photovoltaic Module of capacity 335 Wp or above, manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. SPV module shall contain Mono crystalline high power silicon solar cells. The solar cell shall have surface anti-reflective coating to help to absorb more light in all weather conditions. b) Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) (Solar Inverter) of 350-800 V DC Input voltage range and 400 V AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50Hz +/- 2.5 Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 650C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency. c) Data Monitoring System complete with accessories including control cable if required. d) Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required. e) Lightning and surge voltage protection : (i)All array structure of the PV yard should be grounded with proper earthing and all the metal shielding /casing of the plant must be grounded to ensure safety. (ii) The SPV power plant must have lightening and over voltage protection ,for ensuring correct voltage to PV and other sub components .The lightening protection can be achieved by Vertical air termination network and voltage over protection by Surge protection devices.
Contd From Item no. 2 7. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of Design, Fabrication, supply, installation of Ballast mounting structure to suit the existing site conditions, made of suitable anodized Aluminum , Fastners, bolts & nuts along with all required accessories as stated in PS etc. . Notes for Note 7 here-in-above: a. The structure shall be designed to withstand minimum wind velocity of 150 KMPH, the design and drawings shall be prepared by structural consultant and got vetted from IIT/NIT/any Govt Institurion and approved by GE before executing. b.The mounting structures should be suitably loaded with suitable sized concrete blocks of appropriate weight made out of M25 concrete mixture of smooth finish. ( The cube shall be made after submission of design mix from the Govt approved lab) ( The GE shall carry out independent testing of sample of 03 blocks per 100 block supplied, the cost of the same shall be inclusive of quoted rate). c. The structural design of the complete system should be compatible with the structural strength and load bearing capacity of the RCC roof. The Bidder shall evaluate the structural Strength of the RCC roof through appropriate NDT test and prepare a report. The design of mounting structure shall be carried out taking into consideration of audit report. The design calculations along with detailed drawings to this effect shall be provided by a qualified chartered structural engineer and got vetted from the IIT/NIT/any Govt Institution. d. The Mounting Structure shall be non-pentrative to roof. The Mounting structure shall be aerodyamically designed to withstand the desgned wind pressure. The inclination shall be in such a way to extract maximum power. e. Make of Ballast structure : ESDEC or any equivalent as approved by GE.
M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 4Kg/sqm and minimum 4 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms /Sqm ) over and including a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @1.20 Kg /Sqm over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound at the rate of 3% weight of cement over and including 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate in padding/mass concrete and haunching in required slope to avoid any logging of water on dry and clean surfaces including demolition of existing treatment of APP/Mud Phuska/BrickTile etc. and stacking the same at the location specified by GE at distance n.exe 100 m along with cleaning of surface with water jet and preparing the surface by rubbing with wire brush all as specified & directed. Note : 1. The poding test shall be carried out before application of aluminum paint. 2. The two coat of Aluminum painting over APP shall be carried out. The cost of the same shall be included in quoted rate. 3. The contractor shall submit Purchase voucher of APP, Aluminum Paint to GE for claiming payment. The same shall be fwd to office of Accepting officer along with final bill. 4. The APP shall be applied by authorised applicator. necessary certification of authorised applicator shall be approved by GE and shall attach for making payment. 5. The slope of roof after padding shall be such that no water shall accumulate on the roof. This aspect shall be verified by Engr-in-charge before go-ahead for APP. The necessary check shall be recorded.
M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) all as specified and directed.
Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and directed.
