Removing of old cement Plaster from walls including racking out jointing 12mm deep and removing the debris with in 50m lead.

Removing old grading plaster from roof slab, cleaning the surface, lowering & removing the debris with in 50 mt lead.

Dismantling removing cement concrete flooring 7.5 cm to 10 cm thick including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris withen 50 mt lwad. Per 1sqm (data for 9.30 sqm)

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with good river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm in each layer including all leads and lifts, cost of all materials, labour,cess, sundries, T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as per latest specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cost, conveyance and labour for stone screened dust and spreading in sub base not exceeding 22.5cm in thickness and compaction to required density in OMC with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost & conveyance of moorum.

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinths using approved quality cement , 40 mm. size black hard hand broken granite stone metal and screened, washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry, including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, cess, sundries, T&P & all other machineries required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump etc.complete in all respect as per latest specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

Flyash Brick masonary in Foundation and plinth in cement mortar (1:6) using the flyash bricks including hoisting to required height placing in position scaffolding, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of work watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess, and taxes of all other materials machineries scaffolding all labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the latest specification confirming to relevant IS Specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting 6 mm thick Cement Plaster (1:4) in ground floor (up to 3mt height) over RCC work with curing etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and plastering 12 mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) in ground floor (up to 3mt height) over brick work with curing etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Upto 3 mt height.

Providing and painting 16 mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) in ground floor (up to 3mt height)over brick/stone work with curing etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Upto 3 mt height.
