Providing laying spreading and compacting grade stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials with tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibrator roller to achevie the dresired density complete as per clause 406 of MORTH specification.

Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (SS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as Prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications.

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications .

including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm graded metal and 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 45.27 kgs of 60/70 bitumen & 5.03Kg of Plastic waste (Total-50.30 kg) and for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40mm / 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area,thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level,uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification NO.803

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of 'category A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methecrylate/ABS moulded body confirming to ASTIVI D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTIVI D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW / NH. 33023/10/ 97-D0.111 dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 1:3 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not: less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular.

The strength of detachment of the integrated Cylindercial shanks,(of dia not less than 19+/ 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm ) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 kgf. Fixing will be drilling by holes on the road for the shanks to go inside , without nails and using epoxy resin based adhessive as per manufactures recommendation and completed as directed by theengnineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confriming to IRC 35-2015 guidelines and MORTH and specification 804 etc ..complete
