M & L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces of beam, column and slabs with one layer of complast spray set modified concrete in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement water 1 to the following locations :-

40 mm thick in columns

30 mm thick in beams

20 mm thick in slabs/ceilings

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia not exc. 4 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing the spalled concrete upto the sound core level and clean reinforcement with wire brush to remove loose scales, cleaning of the surface with wire brush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance etc, remove the rust by using rust remover of approved make Apply passivator coat using zinc primer of approved make on reinforcement bars. Apply bond coat using "Epoxy bonding agent" on entire surface, when bond coat becomes tacky apply repair mortar (mortar to be prepared by adding 20% Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB or equivalent to 1:3 cement sand mortar) at a thickness upto 15mm and subsequently built up the required thickness in subsequent layers of 15mm and finishing the final layer even and smooth as per manufacturers instruction and as directed. Make : M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd or Equivalent in M/S Krishna Conchem Products/ STP Ltd. Note- Universal polymerised repairs mortars single pack like pagel U40 or Dr fixit micro concrete may also be used

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete solid block wall internal surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound.

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of OBD over applied alkali resistance priming coat @ 0.90 liter/ 10sqm, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of OBD over applied alkali resistance priming coat @ 0.90 liter/ 10sqm, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 liter/ 10sqm all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt of any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface incl filling all cracks by forming groove of 5mm x 5mm finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying the primer Dr. Fixit Primeseal as specified maintaining 2:1 diluted ratio. The substrate during application of primer to be in SSD condition. Providing & Applying microfiber reinforeced acrylic based flexible waterproofing coating Dr Fixit New coat of M/S Pedilite industries Ltd having properties (Elongation at break-80%, Tensile strength-1.2n/mm2, Adhesion strength -1n/mm2). Apply 1st coat of Dr Fixit New coat at the rate 2Sqm per Ltr. The second and Third coat of Dr fixit with the same application coverage to achieve DFT of 1 mm. Drying time between each coats will be 6 to 8 hrs. Air cure the coating for 7 days before water pound test complete all as specified and directed.

(i) The item rate inclusive of all materials, wastage, Labours, T & P, Scaffolding etc. in quoted rate. (ii) The work shall be executed directly by manufacturer of their authorised applicator. (iii) The application shall be authorised in writing by company and guarantee of work executed shall be owned by Contractor or manufacturer. (iv) The complete application is covered with 10 years water proofing warrantee by Contractor/manufacture (v) The contract agency is liable to rectify any defects noted within said warrantee period without any extra cost paid by department.

M&L for applying evenly & priming concrete / plastered surface bituminous primer at 0.5 Kg per sqm for water proofing treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application completed all as specified.

M&L for Surface Preparation, Cleaning the surface, removing the laitance, greese, old paints, contaminants, moss etc. with wire brush / high preesure jet. Damaged or loose plaster to be replaced & repaired with polymer modified cement-sand mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. Small cracks upto 5mm needs to be repaired with crack filling material Dr. Fixit Crack X and the cracks above 5mm shall be repaired by polymer modified mortar with Pidicrete URP complete all as specified and as directed. Make : M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd or Equivalent in Sika/ STP Ltd.

M&L for SIKA Bit® W-1 (Red or Grey powder) polymer modified cementitious adhesive over prepared concrete surface with mixing ratio of 8.75 ltrs of clean water per 30 Kg bag of SIKA Bit® W-1 with consumption of 2-3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for SIKA Bit® W-15, 1.5 mm thick (with 10% variation) double sided modified bitumen water proofing membrane consisting of cross laminated PE film and two modified bitumen layers covered with transparent release liners complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness in roof coverings complete.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall of building /Hangar, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong or equivelant Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ANF (Board) edge tiles with Armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 34%.The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34Kgs/M2 & pull out strength of 100Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong or equivelant approved make complete all as specifed and directed.
