M & L for E- board tiles ceiling on GI powder coated channel/Tee/Grid of make (Armstrong ) frame work with the following specification including cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar & making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 type BO / Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed with following:- (a) M & L Plugging to wall around the rooms & supplying & fixing GI powder coated angle of make (Armstrong ) of size 25x25 mm (b) S & F of 1.60 mm dia GI wire suspenders with adjustable clamps including fixing to ceiling g dash free fasteners (c) S & F GI powder coated tee as in main & cross members at 595mm centre to centre to centre supported suspenders along with adjustable camp to maintain level. (d) S & F E- board (Make-Everest Industries Limited) ceiling tiles of size 595mmx595mm and 4-5 mm thickness, confirming to relevant IS in squares of GI powder coated tee with clips made to shape, shade and pattern of PVC board shall be as approved by GE complete all as specified & directed.

Repairs of damaged roof after complete removal of existing treatment and applying the following treatment all as directed in order of precedence as stated :-(a) "Existing surface shall be cleaned of all dust, fungus, moss and other foreign material etc by using wire brush & dusting. Applying a layer of btuminious primer confirming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 Lit/Sqm on the surface. Laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non-woven polyster matt at core and under surface coated with plastic polythene film. Laying shall be done using btane torch maintaining 100mm i.e overlap & 150mm end overlap, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions & corners. The membrane shall be tucked into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar. The treatment shall be provided upto 200mm height above finished floor" complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufacture instruction.(ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 150mm should be made at the end of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufactured instruction (iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be 3mm thick manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or M/s IWL or Pedilite (iv) Bituminous primer shall be manufactured by M/S STP Ltd or M/s IWL or Pedilite (v) Rate of taking down OHT before operation and refixing the same after operation shall deemed to be included in the item rate where required.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement and using liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured & paid for separately)

M& L for 40 mm brick tiles laid on 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) over water proofing membrane and pointed flush in CM (1:3) with linseed oil @ 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using ( 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of roof depressions, providing roof slopes or in roof kerbs incl rounding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantiling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roof, walls etc fixed with l-type or J-type or crancked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 56 here-in-before but except sheets.

M&L for asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roof etc fixed with l-type or J-type or crancked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
