M&L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 all as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley utters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 Complete all as specified

S&F for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment AFe- 290(Gde E-165) on any hight complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L painting to new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromic primer including preparation of surfaces.

Demolition Mud in roofs, any thicknes,any material including plastering ,brick bats, existing tretement and cleaning (whether full thickness removed or only or part there of) etc in all respect and preparing it for further treatment and taking out and disposal of debris & rubbish to a distance exc 1 Km but not exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete in type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, laid to (consolidated thickness 65mm or less) as leveling course, laid and compacted in min slope 1:30 over roof complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L screed laid 15mm thick in CM 1:4 as in roof over green concrete surface finished even and smooth using Lequid WPC complete all as specified. Note :-Lequid WPC will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for roof treatment using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3kg/sqm black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt with thermo finish (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over compatible bitumen primer @0 .30 liters per sqm and bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm with help of torching with a proplyne or a butane gas using torch with minimum overlap of 75mm at side and 100mm at ends and sealing including applying a coat of bitumen primer & bitumen 85/25 applied hot all as per manufacturer instructuions. For parapet in a groove (No separate payment will be made and measurement will be done for horizontal surfaces) including applying a coat of heat repallant bitumen aluminium paint @ 0 .1 liter per Sqm on topof treated surface of roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix including all quoins pillar ashlars masonry and removal complete all as specified & directed.

M & L brick work sub class 'B' bricks (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm gradded stone agg )as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, drain channels, copings,parapets copings, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone wall surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work & surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proof compound ( water proof compound paid seperatly) all as specified.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered/unplastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Dismentling floor , hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but ot backing) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles and over 10 mm thick rendring in cm 1:4 complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18/19mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling coarse for tiles.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and laying prepolished cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape heavy duty , set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over screed bed 15mm thick 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand compelete all as specified and directed

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B.

Dismantling of cement concrete (un-reinforced) kerb stone and the like of any description of and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M & L cement conc. 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass conc complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above or below the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition/Removal of existing RCC water tank including cover (Capacity not exc. 1000 Ltr) placed on roof of the Bldgs/Quarters including removal of their staging/platform complete all as directed. Note : (i) Tank/staging shall be taken down after demolition in small pieces. (ii) Demolition shall be carried out carefully without damaging roof treatment. (iii) Roof treatment came out/damaged during demolition shall be made good with same specification without any extra cost. (iv) Small trees/Plantation near the tank shall be uprooted and roof treatment shall be made good.

M & L for brick work placed on roof of the Bldgs/Quarters for water tank plarform with brick work sub class 'B' bricks (OLD SIZE BRICKS straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work & surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proof compound ( water proof compound paid seperatly) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound.

Supply and fixing in repair 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I

Supply and fixing 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I

Supply and fixing Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 15/20mm dia (minimum weight 142/210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position

Dismantling of posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC ) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work or masonary and making good disturbed portion complete.

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soils(or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (PVC penelling incl fillet, fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specifiedand directed

M&L for false ceiling made out of E-board classic of size 600 x 600 x 4 mm thick, GI frame consisting of main Tee of size 38.50 x 24.00 mm and cross Tee of size 28.50 x 24.00 mm thick made out of PGI sheet 0.30 mm thick doubled at web and single at flange, flange covered with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and angle 24.00 x 24.00 x0.4 mm thick powder coated suspended with GI wire 3 mm dia and up to 2 Mtrs long complete including plugging fixing of angle to brick walls with steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Solid PVC Wall Lining/Wall penelling consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing

M&L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc , including making good damaged/hungry joints in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC (Liquid type of Dr Fixit) complete as directed.M&L for preparation of exposed brick wall surface by cleaning the surface with wire brush to remove all dirt/loose materials from the bricks and from the joints between the bricks. Prepared surface should be then washed with diluted HCL acid (dilution ration of 1:50) for three times in a day for two days. After acid wash surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Further treatment over the surface so achieved will be carried out only after approval of the same by GE.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on treated brick works/concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth, with out using extra cement on brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified.(Note :- Efflorescence treatment under Ser Item No 54 & 55 shall be carried out by the approved applicator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and apply 1mm thick wall care putty to achieve smooth and even surfaces for receiving finishes as directed.

M&L for newly surface two coats distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for newly surface applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed Make : Nerolac Excel top guard (10 years product warranty)/ Asian paint ultima protect (10 yrs product warranty)/ Berger weather coat long life (10 yrs product warranty).

Material and labour for two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer over newly plastered surface including preparation of surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for complete removal of loose concrete & demolition of RCC, if required, upto 100mm thick as in facias,chajja,parapet,roof projection etc,taking out/cutting degraded/rusted reinforcement.Fixing of MS TMT bars upto 10mm dia including cutting binding & welding to the existing reinforcement.Recasting of facia,chajjas,roof projection,parapet etc using RCC (1:1.5:3) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary formwork complete all as spd & directed. Note:- 1. Supply only TMT bars shall be paid under Ser Item No 63 2:-Repair to facia chajjas,parapet & roof projection etc against this item will be carried out at Ground floor,1st floor, 2nd Floor & 3rd Floor level. 3:-Epoxy primer @0.50 Kg/sqm (fosrock shall be applied at junction of old & new concrete. 4:-Recasted portion of facia,chajja,parapet,roof projection etc shall be plastered in CM 1:3. 5:-Cement base paint/exterior emulsion shall be applied over primer to match with the exiting surface. Cost of this is deemed to be included in Sch A Item No 59 & 60 above.

Ditto as Item 61 above but thickness of slab,roof projection,parapet exc 100mm but n.exc 150mm. Note:- 1. Supply only TMT bars shall be paid under Ser Item No 63 2:-Repair to facia chajjas,parapet & roof projection etc against this item will be carried out at Ground floor,1st floor,2nd Floor & 3rd Floor level. 3:-Epoxy primer @0.50 Kg/sqm (fosrock shall be applied at junction of old & new concrete. 4:-Recasted portion of facia,chajja,parapet,roof projection etc shall be plastered in CM 1:3. 5:-Cement base paint/exterior emulsion shall be applied over primer to match with the exiting surface. Cost of this is deemed to be included in Seh A Item No 59 & 60 above.

Supply only mild steel TMT bars, upto 10 mm dia.(Fe 500 D) for rein forcement against item No 62 & 61 here above complete all as specified and as directed.
