(A) LAUNDRY PLANT Repair/Preventive maintenance of existing Laundry Plant make - STEFAB including labour for replacement of spare parts of the following equipments/machinery, required during contract period by the OEM of the Laundry plant i.e. STEFAB or any other manufacturing company of Laundry Machines having CE certified, ISO company and as approved by GE .

Flat bed press Model:FP-150- 01 No, Make:- STEFAB NOTES : - (A) Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items as supply only. (B) Contractor shall keep the following aspects in mind while quoting unit rates and rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive for the following: - (i) Contractor shall enter into an agreement with OEM / Authorised Dealer for AMC for the contract period and shall submit the same within 15days after the acceptance of work to GE (S) Pune. (ii) The contractor shall arrange for Scheduled Maintenance visits (as per OEM Guideline) as well as for any breakdown or emergency visit by the OEM / Authorised Dealer's Engineer/Technician. Necessary documents in respect of all visits by OEM's rep / Authorised dealer's rep shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge. On Failure of Attending any Breakdown / Emergency Calls within 24 Hours of reporting such complaints, a Penal Recovery of Rs. 15,000/- (per visit) shall be made from the Contractor's Dues. (iii) Any type of defect needs to be attended within 24 hrs from the information conveyed directly or telephonically as well.

(iv) Contractor shall arrange monthly visit of qualified and experienced Technician / Engineer for Inspection, dismantling and taking down the needful items in connection to carry out necessary repair/maintenance of all machines of Laundry Plant and labour for replacement of spares and complete assembling after repair/overhauling, servicing, cleaning and testing so as to make the machine functional in all aspects to the entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge. (v) Cost of minor parts such as nuts, bolts, screws, clamps, T&Ps, oiling, greasing, cleaner liquid for steam pipes, GI/SS fittings, V-belts etc, Servicing and programming setting / resetting of the display card of Laundry Machines shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vi) Cleaning of chocked Steam pipelines and steam trap Valves and welding and replacement of coupling, joints, union etc if required to stop leakage of water and steam from the pipelines. (vii) The cost of transportation if any required is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(B) BOILER PLANT Repair and preventive maintenance of existing Steam Boiler of Capacity 600 Kg/Hr- Qty - 02 Nos Make Neomax, Model Neomax NMX-SB04 for contract period by the service technician of M/s Neomax limited (OEM of Boiler).

NOTE : (A) Spares will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items as supply only. (B) The maintenance of the boiler plant shall covers the following: (i) Site visit for preventive maint and check up of Steam boiler will be carried out by service technician of NEOMAX limited or as recommended by the OEM six routine checkups during the contract period. In the visit, technician will check and inspect 2 nos steam boiler plant system complete of capacity 600Kg/Hr each Make-NEOMAX (ii) Contractor must submit the service reports from the Service Engineers along with the details of the Repair/maint/replacement of spare parts. Testing of Steam Boilers shall be carried out during the contract period in presence of GE & Users. On Failure of visit by OEM / Approved firm representative or non submission of report by him, a penal recovery of Rs 15000/- per visit shall be made from the contractor dues. (iii) Preventive maintenance based on the specific need of each unit of the equipement as determined by company, including fabrication, necessary adjustments and replacement of unserviceable minor parts,the parts replaced will be new parts at an additional cost and will be measured seperately. (iv) Servicing/repair of all water pumps including replacement of unserviceable seals and glands, and servicing, greasing / alignment of shaft / testing complete of all motors of both Steam Boilers.

Servicing/repair/testing of electric control panel and replacement of unserviceable minor spares like meter wiring etc complete of both Steam Boilers. Contractor shall arrange and ensure the following during the maintenance visit and submit the report of such visit to Engineer-in-Charge. a) Base operation checks are done to bring the equipment in optimum condition as per OEM guidelines. b) Periodic General health check up as per OEM guidelines c) Preventive and predictive maintenance (as per OEM guidance) during these visits d) Performance optimization is carried out as per OEM guidelines. e) Break down service support f) Any Recommendations for improved performance g) Service History Mapping h) Safety Checks (as per OEM guidelines)

The contractor shall also ensure the following after Commencement of the contract : a) An optimum performance level of Boilers is maintained. b) A consistent service level is delivered c) Operating parameters to be monitored and any deviation or abnormality shall be reported to the Engineer-in-Charge as soon as possible. d) Input parameters of the system (fuel and feed water) to be monitored and any deviation or abnormality to be monitored and any deviation or abnormality shall be reported to the Engineer-in-Charge as soon as possible.

Material and labour in replacement for covering MS pipe of dia 25 mm with insulator of 50mm thick all Around glass wool and cladding with 36 SWG Aluminum sheet including taking down of existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. Item No. 95.00 above item here in before but 40mm dia tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB TPN 32 Amps 415V 10KA 'C' curve in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning including taking out Old unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement gun metel, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete including taking down old unserviceable valve all as specified & directed of the following sizes :-

(a) 25 mm bore.

(b) 50 mm bore.
