"The bidder should have a minimum of three (03) years' experience in installation /commissioning / maintenance / Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Water Recycling Plants in Indian Railway or any State or Central Government Establishment. . Documentary evidence such as work orders, completion certificates, AMC agreements, or performance certificates in support of the experience shall be uploaded along with the bid."
