Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for laying of GI/DI Pipe all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation should be done by manual labour only, excavator not allowed for excavation

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cms all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Cutting PCC paving / road etc not exceeding 15cm thick for laying of Pipe all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick for making good road, finished fair and even and for foundation bed to pillars, posts, etc., all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing broken valve chamber completely and construction of valve chamber having inner dimension 750 x 750 x 600 mm suitable for upto 50 mm gate valve with PCC 1: 4: 8 type D2 for foundation, brick work in cement mortar (1:4), PCC 1: 2: 4 type B1 for coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick including provision of MS Sheet top cover 3.15 mm thick with brazing of MS flat of size 25 mm x 4mm at edges and in diagonal and angle iron base frame of 40 x 40 x 5 mm, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and locking arrangements including necessary excavation earth work complete all as specified and directed.
