Earth work excavation & Depositing on bank with Initial lead of 10m and lift & 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton hard red earth shales, murram, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulder and in hard gravelly soils per SS 20B Including all other incidental charges such as slurring strutting, baling out water forming, protective bunds etc., complete for foundation.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling M-sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed,watered and compacted including cost & conveyance of M-sand and all labour charges etc., complete as per std. Specifications.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal ( Using M-Sand) for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and watering whenever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc., complete complying with std. Specifications and as directed.

RCC in M 20 mix using10mm& 20mm size HBG metal excluding cost of reinforcement and centering but including cost of mixing, laying, curing, finishing etc.complete

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion of I st Class Quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt and cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc,complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of HSD steel rods for Reinforcement including the cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Fabrication,supply, delivery and fixing of outside M.S. Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50mm x 50 mm x 6mm M.S. angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30 cm C/C welded jointed etc., providing with suitable side supports, clamps and locking arrangements provided with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of redoxide paint, for lproviding access to roof top of Open well of suitable linclined length, including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by officers. The rate includes concrete bed block in CC 1:2:4 using 20mm HBGS at top and bottom of suitable size with necessry anchor bolts.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sane! and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete.

Providing Hand rails over the Roof slab by using 32 mm GI Pipe with 40mm x 6mm MS Flat and fixied with 12mm dia Fastner Bolt 75mm long and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing PVC ventilating arragements mosquito proof nylon net with 110mm PVC cowl and as directed by the departmental officers etc.,

Providing cut stone slab in CM 1:3 and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Providing manhole cover of size 1x1 0.60 X 0.60M in RCC 1: 1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 5O x 5O x 6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by TWAD Board officers.
