Dismantling and removal of Brick Masonry work (BW) in Cement Mortar above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removal of cut stone slabs / RCC cover slabs including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for wall concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying & applying Epoxy resin Bonding agent NITOBOND EP for bonding new Micro concrete to existing concrete surface all as per the conditions of Manufacturer.The rate shall include cost of labour, cost of materials and transport etc, complete and asdirected by the Engineering In charge.

The Acrylic emulsion cement modified and water based concrete curing membrane NITOBOND AR or equivalent shall be diluted with water at 1:1 ratio. Immediately after the concrete finish, the membranes shall be sprayed over the concrete finished area without any gap or pinhole. The cost of all materials, tools and all labour charges etc., complete and as direct by the Engineering In charge.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall,ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 40 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 10 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 63 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 90 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of Cast Iron Double Flanged Sluice Valve with Cap / Wheel of 80mm dia. (3") confirming to IS 14846 / 2000 PN 1.0 with ISI Marking with High tensile brass spindle and gun metal working parts. The rate including cost of Cast Iron Double Flanged Sluice Valve with Cap / Wheel of 80mm dia. (3"), removing the existing valve and refixing the new valve with accessories, all materials, specials,labour, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 1000 litres capacity Sintex double layer water tank with approved brand including cost of PVC water tank, making connection with input and output water pipe line and valves. Cost inclusive of all materials, labour charges, & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia. Heavy duty Brass Chromium Plated Screw down tap of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing suitable dia. non corrosive engineering plastic moulded Clamp Saddle with SS 304 threaded metal inserted for tapping outlet suiting for 3/4# clear bore and with wide plastic strap (Engineering Plastic) with SS 304 suitable bolts & nuts. Saddleto have sealing of Thermo plastic elastomeric (TPE) material around including cost of materials, fixing for labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing,laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
