Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification,including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottom,brakfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. Providing, laying, and spreading graded stone aggregate to Stablized wet mix macadam (cement 1% OPC & 3.5% SS Bitumen emulsion by weight of mix. ) and specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, Laying in uniform layers with Paver in Subbase/ Base course on well prepared surface and density Compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired Density. Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom . Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete(grade-II) with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

Laying of 1000mm Dia Hume pipe Culvert including loading, unloading & cartage up to site and all taxes and also including cost of material all labour T&P etc. Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

Providing and laying of weephole in brick massonary in abutment and wing wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structuer with slope of 1v:20 H towarddrawing force complete as per drawing and technical specification (MORTH &H-13.8/2706&2200), Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

R.C.C. work cement approved coarse sand, and 2 Cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion M-25 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforeement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including neaessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost for:-Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete / brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary I/C bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, it's wastage and hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured. Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification. Including Labour Cess Excluding G.S.T.

Maintenance of constructed road for next five years after the actual date of completion, the contractor shall be paid total maintenance cost for five year in the form of installment as below, The payment shall the inclusive of cess but excluding GST. Payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor. (Including Labour cess but Excluding GST) (i) Ist Year zero and 2nd year after the actual date of completion @ 0.25% of total Construction cost

(ii) 3rd year @ 0.5% of total Construction cost

(iii) 4th year @ 0.75% of total Construction cost

(iv) 5th year @ 1.0% of total Construction cost
