A-Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Emergency Feed

Supply emergency feed terminal (EFT) box to be Provided in the under frame as per Drg. No. ICF/SK3-7-1- 55(Alt 'd')

Supply emergency feed terminal (EFT) as per Drg No ICF/GS-7-5-004

Supply BCT box with fuse to be provided in the under frame as per Drg No. ICF/SK3-7- 1- 57(Alt 'c')

Material for fabrication of EFT mounting arrangement on the side walls

Supply of E beam Cables for wiring size 4 mm sq. as per RDSO spec ELRS/SPEC/ELC/0019, Rev-4 or latest, (equal qty in red & black colour)

Supply of E beam Cables for wiring size 10 mm sq. as per RDSO spec ELRS/SPEC/ELC/0019, Rev-4 or latest, (equal qty in red & black colour)

Cut outs suitable size shall be made in the end wall as per photograph -2

Straight PG Thread Plug Screw with lock nut PG-12/17 as per RDSO Spec No RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC/0138-2009, ( Rev-1)

Tube clamp NW-12, for supporting to polyimide conduits

Labour charges for installation, testing & commissioning of Emergency Feed Terminal (EFT) and Battery Charging Terminal (BCT) in LHB EOG/HOG non-AC coaches as per RDSO/PE/MS/Non-AC/0078-2018 (Rev-"0").

Work as per RDSO modification sheet No. RDSO/PE/MS/Non- Modification sheet for provision of emergency feed terminal & battery charging terminals complete with all allied work and 12 all other miscellaneous items required to complete the job & commissioning & testing. Tools required for the work such as cutting wheel, drill bit, screw, copper lug, nut, bolts, cable tie, connector, insulation tape &computer-generated ferrules category etc. will be arranged by the contractor. Railway will not provide any type of tool to the contractor as assistance. Work shall be done as per RDSO Modification sheet No-RDSO/PE/MS/Non-AC/0078-2018 (Rev-"0").
