Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Old work (one or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions ( Fixed / openable ) with old available extruded built up standard tubular sections and other sections ( suplied by department free of cost ) , fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board , in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. (12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board shall be supplied by department free of cost )

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with old EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (glazing upto 5.50 mm thickness shall be supplied by department free of cost )(Cost of aluminium snap beading and new EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket if provided, shall be paid in relevant item):

Providing and fixing Neoprene/EPDM rubber gasket around glass pans all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of anodised alumunium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 of approved make as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Repairing of damaged false ceiling made of aluminium tee / angle frame and 12 mm thick particle board by complete including leveling with necessary new aluminium cleats and screws wherever required all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. ( Supply of new alumunuim Tee / angle sections , cleats and provision of new suspenders, dash fasteners if required shall be paid seperately)

Providing, laying and jointing unplasticized Type "B" SWR soil waste and vent single socketed pipes 110 mm dia in underground sewer line conforming to IS-13592 : 2013 , including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS-14735 : 1999, including jointing the pipes with appropriate adhesive as per the manufacturers specifications and testing of joints etc complete.

Arranging electric welding machine at site for repairing works of collapsible shutter and other repair works with necessary cables and other T&P including the cost of operator and electrodes but excluding the cost of necessary additional steel sections complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Work of one day or part thereof at one site shall be taken as one job.)

Providing manual assistance for minor civil works such as cleaning of area surrounding building, disposal of dumped unservicable material from working area to dumping ground ( beyond initial lead of 50 metre taken in relevant item of dismantling ), rearangement of existing water supply lines already laid in working area etc as per direction of Engineer In charge .
