Taking down chowkhat with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area n exc 1.5 Sqm each all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm and n exc 4 Sqm each all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame area n exc 1.5 sqm each etc, completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening but wood grain printed PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match printed sheet, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, but Single Side Prelam PVC sheet used instead of Plaincolour PVC sheet and stile & railshaving one side feathered edge and on other side 10mm 900 bent edge, suppling & fixing in the frame at site all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45x70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite /borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1.Builders hardware shall be measured and paid separately. 2. For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
