SITC of 415V, 250 KVA, 50Hz,3ph silent Diesel Generator set(Make- Cummins/Catter piller/Volvo) comprising of Engine, alternator, AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery, CPCB-II approved Acoustic Enclosure incl.all interconnection between Generator & AMF Panel etc. having following specification - A) ENGINE a) Make - Cummins/ or equivalent of Caterpillar/Volvo b) Output (Prime) - 303 BHP. c) Aspiration - Turbocharged Charged air cooled. d) No of Cylinders - 6. e) RPM -1500. f) Battery - 2 x 12V, 150 AH Dry type. g) Type of cooling - Water cooled. h) Air intake system - Air intake manifold with air filter system. i) Exhaust system - Provided with turbo charger & residential exhaust Silence with flexible bellow and companion flanges.

j) Coupling & fly wheel - Be fitting coupling, fly wheel and flywheel housing k) Lubricating system - Provided with oil pan, engine mounted lube oil pump and lube oil filter along with first fill of lube oil. l) Fuel system - Comprising of MICO fuel pump with mechanical Governor, 12 V solenoid coil and replaceable fuel Filter m) Starting system - 24 V D.C. electric starter and 2x12 V Battery charging Alternator n) Safety control - Comprising of protection against Low lube oil Pressure trip, High water temperature trip and over Speed trip. o) Power Start Control - Engine will run in Auto/Manual mode both.

B) ALTERNATOR Make - Stamford or equivalent of Caterpillar Rating - 250 KVA, 0.8pf(Lag) Voltage regulator - +/_ 1 % (max) in static conditions. Type of alternator -Permanent Lubricating Single Bearing, Brushless, self excited and self regulated through an AVR Protection - IP: 23 protections with class H insulation. Overload - Permissible over load of 10 % for one hour in 12 hours of operation.

D)Base Frame - Engine and alternator are mounted, coupled and aligned on a common channel iron fabricated base frame with pre-drilled holes through AVM pads.

E)Fuel Tank - Capacity 375 ltrs. Made of 14 SWG sheet metal built inside base frame complete with drain valve, air vent inlet and outlet connection, fuel gauge.

F) Acoustic Enclosure - Sound proof, weather proof environmental friendly CPCB approved, made of powder coated sheet steel to maintain noise level below prescribed limit and provided with hinged gasketted doors with suitable locking arrangement.

Terms & Conditions (i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc. (ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer or their authorized dealer (iii) Necessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery (v) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer. (vi) The entire set must be warranted at least 15 months from the date of Delivery / 12 months / 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years / 5000 Hrs, whichever is earlier vii)Full Load test (Resistive Load )should be done at site by own arrangement in presence of EIC

Making special type brick foundation & plastering with neat cement finishing for 415V., 3 phase, 4 wire AMF panel including S & F suitable of MS angle / channel with nuts, bolts & washers etc. as per direction of the EIC. (For 250 KVA DG AMF panel).

S & F exhaust pipe of 200 mm. dia MS black pipe (Thickness 4 mm) including connection with the existing silencer attached with the flexible coupler and S&F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. & necessary fixing materials etc. as required from DG set to nearest building (Vertical Run) with suitable high temperature painting.

S&F special type MS angle iron bracket support made of 40x40x6 mm. MS angle with flat iron clamp with nuts, bolts & washers etc. for 200 mm. dia (Vertical Run)

S&F rain protection canopy.

S& delivery of 200 ltrs. Capacity heavy gauge MS sheet barrel.

Supply & delivery of best quality oil hand pump with 1" dia PVC flexible pipe (12' ft. approx.)

Earthing with 65 mm. dia GI pipe (ISI Medium) x 3.0 mtr. Long 1 no. 50 x 6 mm. galvanized (Hot dip) sheet strip (4 mtrs. Long) 12 mm. dia x 125 mm. long GI nuts, bolts & washers etc. for neutral earth.

Earthing with 50 mm. (2") dia GI pipe(ISI Medium) x 3.64 mm. thick x 3.04 mtrs. long with nuts, bolts & washers etc. as to GS. (2 nos. for DG, 2 nos. for AMF panel).

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for pipe electrode for neutral earth.

Supply & fixing black PVC heat shrink sleeve for covering the 50 x 6 mm. GI flat.

Extra connecting the neutral of DG to earth electrode including S&F 50mmx6mm Galvanized(Hot Dip) steel strip on wall/floor with GI saddles & insulating the same by one layer of PVC strip over one layer of ampere tape.

S & F compression type metal gland for 100 mm dia flexible pipe.

S&F 2 Kg capacity Gas pressure (DPC) fire extinguisher on wall by suitable size of iron bracket (Make - Surex)

S&F 9 ltr. Capacity round fire bucket with iron hook and duly filled up by sand.

Commissioning & testing of the Diesel Generator Set along with AMF panel with agency's own tools & tackles in presence of EIC.

Cutting RCC floor by special tools & tackles very carefully without any damaging and removing the shifted rubbish & levelling up and restoring the surface for 8 nos. earth-pit as per direction of EIC.

Supply & laying of 2(double run) x 3.5 core 120 sq. mm. PVC/Ar. Al. conductor cable as to G.S. [Make:Polycab/KEI/Havells] a) Laying in UG trench as to G.S.

b) Laying through floor as to G.S.

Supply & laying of 1.1 KV grade 12 core 2.5 sq.mm. PVC copper conductor control cable partly recessed and partly by shaddle on wall to interconnect DG set with AMF panel.

Supply & laying 1 x 70 sq. mm. single core flexible copper wire in suitable size PVC pipe (reinforced) on wall / floor from neutral earth bus to DG set neutral point including both side socketing.

S & F compression type PVC gland for 40 mm dia reinforced pipe.

S & F compression type brass cable gland suitable for 12 core 2.5 sq. mm. PVC/A copper cable.

S & F EI danger board. (size : 20 cm. x 30 cm.)

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE armoured cables as below : a) 3.5 core 120sq.mm.

Finishing the end of following XLPE armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. a) 3.5 core X 120sq.mm.

Distribution L.T Panel (DG power Supply) :- Supply, delivery of floor mounting cubicle compartmentalized 415 volt. 50Hz. Dust & moisture proof L.T distribution panel board fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA sheet for main L.T panel. The panel should have adequate strength and space to accommodate the incoming switches bus bars with all interconnection in between the switches & bus bars with solid copper rod/flexible wire of suitable capacity. The incoming terminals of SFU should be provided with extra copper bar of suitable capacity for smooth termination of double feeders. The panel board should be painted by powder coated paint and the lay out diagram of panel board should be approved by EIC before manufacturing. The panel board should comprise with the followings gadgets :-

Installation charges for the above panel boards on suitable brick foundation by supplying sand, cement, mortar & neat cemented finish as per direction of the EIC.

DG Foundation: Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required: (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm

M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design,direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour reqired for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural tubular memebrs as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8 m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. M.S. or W.I. ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S., W.I. flats and bars for windows ,railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor.
