Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth etc., ordinary soil complete In hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, sales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth, earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil S.S.20B

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing outside M.S Ladder of 45cm wide made out of 50x50x6mm MS angle for sides and steps fixed at 30 cm centre to centre etc.and providing of Landing slabs with hand rails using 32mm GI pipe and 40mmx6mm MS flat etc. as per approved design

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc.,

Providing GI Ventilation arrangement 2 nos mosquito proof nylon net with 65 mm GI pipe and spls as directed by the TWAD Board officers 1 m 65 mm Gi pipe, 4 nos 65 mm Gi elbow , 4nos cutting and 8 nos threading and 2 nos 65 mm GI tee

Providing cut stone slab in CM 1:3 of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.15 m and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Providing manhole cover of size 0.60 x 0.60M in RCC 1:1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Provisions for pipe connection arrangements for inlet & outlet scour and overflow etc.,cincluding cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charges for lifting , aligning, cutting,threading,fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coat of approved quality enamel paint etc.,complete
