Charges for dismantling the belt guard ‘V’ belt, blower pulley with shaft, plumber block bearings at both sides disconnecting the blower housing with air handling unit dismantling the blower shaft with housing, lifting and keeping at nearby, carrying out of patch up and tinkering works inside of the Air handling unit, positioning of the blower shaft with housing by lifting, renewal of the plumber block bearings in both sides, fixing, tightening, reassembling the pulley with bush, ‘V’ belt aligning belt guard and commissioning of the Air handling unit AC plant as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. Including Consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for cutting and removing the existing cooling coil from air handling units after cutting the suction and discharges chill water existing pipe, re-fixing the cooling coil with aluminium fins, positioning properly, welding of flanges with chill water suction and discharge pipe lines in both side, assembling with new bolt & nuts, conducting leak test, commissioning as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. Including Consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for transporting of blower shaft with both side plumber block bearings after removal of 3 Nos. of impellers to the outside workshop, reconditioning the hallow shaft and providing both end with new stub, aligning, welding, balancing and return to site after completion of works. (Rate inclusive of materials, transporting charges, Rental for machines, consumables and T&P’s.

Supply of G.I Sheet (Thickness 1.50 mm) for one Air Handling Unit (1 AHU is 500 kg per kg Rs.91.283)
