Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc including disposal of demolished material complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling chain link fencing / fencing wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work such as door, gate etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base, filling mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour, cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of fo Running metres or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed. (Cement concrete item shall be reinforced, where ordered. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for Running metreing fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including fo Running metres, moulds , mitred /stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 Kilogram / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No 11 herein before but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks including cleaning and segregating the bricks)

Material and labour ,Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 (min. compressive strength 100 Kilogram/sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of 3.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Fixing included under item No 14 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per Square Metre) of chain link fencing shall be derived as per site through a BOO appointed by GE in presence of Contractor's authorised rep and shall be kept in record.

Supply and Fix mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) and fixing at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other sections with gusset plates complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with including hooks and hinges (excluding of covering steel sheeting) fastening, locking arrangement, etc conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal exc 5cm and n.exc 10cm long, diameter of shank 5-10mm , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel round bars 10mm dia, for horizontal tie bars for fencing post etc including necessary welding with 50mm overlapping complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard & dense soil n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus spoil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 80mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment (in top layer), different colours, laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Rate includes supply and spreading of sand. 2. The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Supply and fix, factory made chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 35mm thick RCC Jallies in (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame including dismantling of old jallie all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made pre-cast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in posts of size 100mm x 100mm x 750mm between RCC jalli, fixed on boundary wall including cutting holes into the brick wall and embedding the post in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 and making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surface, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour, factory made hydraulically pressed kerb stones (M-20 concrete) using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 300mm x 100mm x 300mm, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, laid continously with width as 100mm including necessary excavation and earth work, and taking out existing stone and removal complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made hydraulically pressed precast plain cement concrete solid blocks (M-20 concrete) using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 300mm x 300mm x 50mm, laid flat along the kerb stone, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, and taking out existing stone and removal complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.
