Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite Treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Post Constructional Anti-termite Treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Post Constructional Anti-termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for first quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.6 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.11 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for first quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.38 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of pavers blocks/tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or pointed, including labour only for re-fixing in the same place/position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor finished, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making joint in blocks not more than 10 sqm and at each corner the joint shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling to full depth (comprising one part hot blown bitumen 85/25 and two part of sand), complete all as specified and directed.
