S&F 35mm thick H.D.F prelaminated (Wenga/Teak colour) moulded shutter 35 mm thick puf (poly urathane foam) insulation with minium density 40kg/cum filled in between two HDF sheets of thickness 3.2 mm both & border covered with 10 mm thick PVC sheet as per Drg No. CEPZ/TD-378/Sheet 1/1 dated 27/12/2011 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 35 mm thick single piece factory made wire gauge door shutter including of wire cloth ( steel & aluminium XPM) manufacturing by PVC sheets printed 5 mm thick on both side on frame made out of M.S. tube 19 SWG, size 19x19 mm complete in all respect with lock rail & beautified by PVC beading all around fixed with PVC solvent cement complete as per Drg No. CEPZ/TD-378/Sheet 1/1 dated 27/12/2011 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 75mm x 45mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed colour PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match print sheet as reinforced with 19mm M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter (wood grain colour sheet on both side) 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of wood grain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 18mm(+ 0.7mm) thick PVC sheet one side prelam sheet for cupboard shutter of density 600kg/Cbm bent 90° and finish at all edges at level for making edges at level for making edge lipping/bending or 0.5mm thick PVC sheet lipping at 4 edges using bonding tape. complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge and Manufacture specifications.

Supply and fixing "Rajshri / Accucel / Plasopan " brand factory made PVC door/ Cupboard frame (prelam) - of size 115mm x 50mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made by joining 3 Nos heat bent 'C' channel of 5mm PVC sheet density 600kg/Cbm manufactured by ISO 9001-2008 certified company of size 35mm x 35mm x 35mm and 50mm x 45mm x 50mm & 35mm x 35mm x 35mm using solvent cement. The two side 'C' channel shall be reinforced with 19mm x 19mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge. All three 'C' channel shall be fixed to flat base of 5mm PVC sheet with solvent cement. The door frame shall be mitre cut to two corners and jointed by insert 4 No 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm M.S. square tube inside the 19mm x 19mm square tube. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm lomg MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasterner. A minimum of 4 Nos of screw to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2 Nos for horizontal member etc. Complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing.

(c) Laying not less than 3.6mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.
