PART-A : CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONALCLASS ROOMS AND LANGUAGE LAB AT DPS DAMANJODI

1.1.1) Transportation/carriage of balance excavated earth after back filling, building debrish,waste material, other garbage materials for disposal at the specified locations/areas,lead up to 2km as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation in foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50m. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc. all compolete as per the specification or instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.8.1) For depth up to 1.5 mtrs.in all kinds of soil.

2.9.1) For soft rock up to 1.5 mtrs depth.( Blasting prohibited)

2.9.3) For hard rock up to 1.5 mtrs depth.( Blasting prohibated)

2.11) For depths beyond 1.5 mtrs. but up to a depth of 3.0 mtrs.in all kinds of soil.

2.27) Filling of sand under floors in trenches, sides of foundations etc. including supply of sand and watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

2.28) Surface dressing to micro levelling in all types of soil other than rock to a depth of not exceeding 30 cm including cutting and filling, levelling, ramming to the desired formation level. The work includes excavation in over areas and filling low lying areas within a lead of 50mtrs. as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

2.34.1) Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified.Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%.

2.35.3.1) Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion @7.5 ltr per sqm of vertical surface (to be supplied free of cost at site of work) for Pre-Constructional Anti-termite treatment and creating a continouos chemical barrier under and all around the column pits, wall trenches basement excavation, top perimeter of building, expansion joints, over the top surface of consolidated earth on which apron is ot be laid, surroundings of pipes and conduits etc. complete as per specification (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured).

4.1) Providing and laying plain cement concrete (using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand)at all depths below ground level,and up to plinth level, in foundations, fillings, non-suspended floors,for flooring,septic tank,plinth protection,pavement, including tamping, dewatering, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc. all complete [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE]

4.1.3) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

4.1.13) P.C.C.1:2.5:4:11 (1 cement: 2.5 fly ash:4 course sand: 10 graded 40mm stone aggregate).

4.11) Providing Damp Proof Course 40mm thick in Cement Concrete ( 1 cement:2 corse sand:4 graded stone aggregates) with 20mm & down size stone chips including centering, shuttering, placing, tamping, curing, etc. all completed as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

4.13) Supplying and Applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of penetration 80/100 of approved quality using 1.7 kg. per square metre on damp-proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

4.17) Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth,etc. all completed as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

5.1.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in foundations up to plinth from any depth below ground level, beams,coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, landing, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.2.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in superstructure up to floor V level,roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, fins, bressummers, shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars, piers, abutments,posts and struts etc.in super structure at all heights including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.3) Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

5.9) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, columns, suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, lintels, beams, chajjas, girders, bressumers, cantilevers, pillars, posts, struts and stair cases and all types of RCC work at any depth below ground level/up to all heights above ground level in any floor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.15) Providing, hoisting and fixing upto all floor level pre-cast reinforced cement concrete in lintels, beams, bressummers, jalis,mouldings as in cornices, window sills, posts, struts and shelves etc. including finishing and plastering withcement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm on exposed surfaces to give a smooth & even surface,including centring, shuttering, and curing etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1;2:4(1 cement:2 finesand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm & down size). [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.]

5.18.1) Providing and fixing cement concrete Jali of 50 mm. thickness with (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4stone aggregate of 6 mm nominal size)reinforced,including supply and fixing of 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including roughening,cleaning,making of cement concrete jalli with own cement and other construction materials,fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) ect., complete [ONLY CEMENT WILL BE SUPPLIED @ 1.64 Kg per SQM for fixing ON FREE OF COST ON NALCO'S STORE POINTS].

5.22.4) Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C. work at all height and depths, carting the same from store / issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details, including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused / scrap / unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc. all complete. 5.51) Addition of waterproofing admixtures like Sika, Dr fixit or equivalent during concreting/ grading concrete, as per manufactures specifications all complete as per direction of engineer-in-Charge.

6.4.2) Providing and laying brick masonry with fly ash bricks in foundation,super structure up to all hight in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) using Nawarngapur or approved quality sand with brick class designation 50 including curing and racking out joints,scaffolding etc. complete. ( FLY ASH BRICKS and CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

6.13.2) Providing half brick masonary work in partition walls etc. for any depth below ground level/all heights above ground level, using 50 class designation brick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) including providing and fixing 2 nos. 6mm dia M.S.bars with 16 SWG annealed binding wire at every fourth course in cement mortar,with necessary scaffolding staging, curing, raking out joints etc. complete. (CEMENT & STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

7.1.1) Providing and laying Random rubble masonry (using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand) with approved hard stone in drains, foundation, plinth, walls below ground up to any depth and upto plinth level above ground level, culverts, retaining wall in all size and upto all hight with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including curing, cost of the stone/materials, royalty etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. . (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

9.1.2) Providing,fabricating, & fixing seasoned salwoodworks in frames/ shutters of doors, windows, clerestory windows, false ceiling work and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including transportation from workshop to siteetc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

9.21.1) Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202(Part-1) non decoretive type,core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws, all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

9.48.1) Providing,fabricating, making, transporting to site and erecting of ornamental structural steel work like gates, doors, windows, grills,ventilators,trusses, in built up sections by welded/bolted/riverted, M.S. bars, tees, angles, flats, chanels, C.Q.plates, pipes etc. as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge along with approved steel fittings and painting with one coat of red oxide primer etc.all complete for all heights and depths . (STRUCTURAL STEEL/ALL MATERIALS WILL BE ISSUED BY THE AGENCY).

9.53) Supplying,Providing and fixing of 40 x 5 mm flat iron hold fast 400 mm long including fixing to wooden frame with 10mm dia bolts,nuts and embedding in cement concrete block 300x100x150 mm with (1cement:3corse sand:6 stone aggregates of 20 mm & down size) mix concrete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

9.82) Providing and fixing of approved quality bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screwes,etc. as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

9.83) Providing and fixing of approved quality IS:3564 marked Aluminiun die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessoties and screwes etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

9.96) Providing and fixing the following standarded anodised aluminium fittings of approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

9.96.1) Sliding door bolts 300mm x16mm sizes.

9.97.1) Tower bolt 300 x 10mm sizes.

9.100.1) Handles 125 mm sizes.

11.3.1) Providing and laying 40mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone 20mm and below size aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry at top,curing work,shuttering etc. but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

11.36) Providing & laying white glazed tiles 5mm thick in platforms, skirting,toilet walls etc.laid on bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 coarse sand), applying cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm ,including supply of required white cement/colour pigment,curing, finished with flush pointing in white cement etc. all complete.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.] .

11.41.2) Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles Size of Tile 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.all complete as per the specifications and direction of Engg-In-Charge.(NORMAL GREY CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED BY NALCO FREE OF COST)

12.41) Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,(Single socketed pipes.)

13.16.1) Providing and laying 6 mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) with Nawarangapur or approved quality sand on concrete/masonry surfaces including cleaning , hacking concrete surfaces, scaffolding , providing drip mould if required, watering, curing etc. complete for all heights. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

13.18) Providing and laying neat cement punning over the platsered/ concrete surfaces at the rate of 2.2 Kg. of cement for one square metre including curing etc. all complete. [CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.]

13.26) Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engg.-In-Charge.

13.42.1) Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper( ready mixed ) of approved make, after applying one coat of cement primer on walls and ceiling etc. of approved brand and manufacture on new work with approved shade to give an even shade complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge, as per manufacture's specification,including scaffolding,all complete. Area must be cleaned off spilled paints etc. after completion of painting works.

13.46.1) Providing and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint approved make & shade on walls etc. by applying @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm, to give an even shade after removing the foreign particle with wire brush etc. ( where ever required) on new work as specified at all heights including all labour , tools , tackles scaffolding , consumables and materials required for the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

13.61.1) Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades on all types of surface like steel / wood / concrete / plaster / for letterings etc. all complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge ,including the cost of all materials,scaffoldings, tools, tackles and labours.

17.1.1) Providing & fixing in position Indian Water Closet of approved make white glazed earthenware (Orissa type) of size 580 x 440 mm with integral type foot rests,100mm heavy cast-iron P or S trap, 10 litres low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern with manually controlled device ( handle lever ) conforming to IS: 7231,with G.I. clamps, all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors where ever requred,etc.connecting with 15mm dia. meter PVC connection pipe of 450mm long including testing the same,all complete.

19.6.1) 100 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

19.6.2) Supplying ,laying of sewerage line with 150 mm dia.R.C.C. Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. complete :

22.8) Providing and laying four courses of water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs or other place as directed consisting of first, third courses of blown 85/25 or 90/15 conforming to IS:702 applied hot @ 1.45 kg. per sqm. of area in each course respectively, second course of roofing felt type 3 grade-1 ( Hessian based self finished bitumen felt conforming to IS:1322 ),and final course of stone grit 6 mm and down size or pea-sized gravel 6mm and do down size spread at 6 cubic diameter per square meter including preparation of surfaces, corners, edges and openings of surfaces, etc. all complete.

22.14.1) Providing and laying grading concrete with (1 cement:2 corse sand:4 graded stone aggrgates of 20 mm and down size) on roof with required thickness as directed by Engineer in charge, finished with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3: and neat cement punning,including cleaning the surface,curing up to 15 days,at all hight/any floor,etc complete. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

Part B : CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING SHED AT DPS DAMANJODI

1.1.1) Transportation/carriage of excavated earth,building debrish,waste material,other garbage materials for disposal at the specified locations/areas,lead up to 2km as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.8) Earthwork in excavation in foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50m. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc. all compolete as per the specification or instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.8.1) For depth up to 1.5 mtrs.in all kinds of soil.

2.28) Surface dressing to micro levelling in all types of soil other than rock to a depth of not exceeding 30 cm including cutting and filling, levelling, ramming to the desired formation level. The work includes excavation in over areas and filling low lying areas within a lead of 50mtrs. as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

4.1) Providing and laying plain cement concrete (using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand)at all depths below ground level,and up to plinth level, in foundations, fillings, non-suspended floors,for flooring,septic tank,plinth protection,pavement, including tamping, dewatering, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc. all complete [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE]

4.1.10) P.C.C. 1:5:10(1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded 40mm stone aggregate).

5.9) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, columns, suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, lintels, beams, chajjas, girders, bressumers, cantilevers, pillars, posts, struts and stair cases and all types of RCC work at any depth below ground level/up to all heights above ground level in any floor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.9.1) Foundation,footings

16.68) Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

PART: C CONSTRUCTION OF ENTRANCE GATE AT DPS

2.6) Earthwork in Excavation by mechanical means (Hydralic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

4.1.8) Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete of specified grade 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level.

5.2.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in superstructure up to floor V level,roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, fins,bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc.in super structure at all heights including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.3) Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

5.51) Addition of waterproofing admixtures like Sika, Dr fixit or equivalent during concreting/ grading concrete, as per manufactures specifications all complete as per direction of engineer-in-Charge.

6.4.2) Providing and laying brick masonry with fly ash bricks in foundation,super structure up to all hight in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) using Nawarngapur or approved quality sand with brick class designation 50 including curing and racking out joints,scaffolding etc. all completed as per the direction ofEngineer-in-Charge.( FLY ASH BRICKS and CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

7.36) Wall lining butch work upto 10m height with Dholpur stone 40 mm thick rough facing on the exposed surface with stone strips of minimum length 300 mm and required width, including embedding every tenth layer and bottom most layer in masonry or concrete after making necessary chases of size 75x75 mm and by providing layer of 75 mm thick strips i/c 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) i/c ruled pointing in cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

8.2.2) Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels

9.48) Providing and fixing M.S. Grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

10.2.1) Same as item 10.2 above but for using general structural steel sections like M.S Beam, channel, angle, plate, round bars, flats, etc.

10.2.2) Same as item 10.2 above but for using Steel tubes (Square/rectangular/circular) in all classes and sizes( (TATA Structura or equivalent) for long and short span steel trusses and structures.

10.14.1.2) Providing and Fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS:4351,manufactured from commercial mild sheet of 1.60mm thk, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base tile of 1.60mm, pressed mild steel welde or rigidly fixed together by mechanichal means, including M.S pressed butt hinges 2.5mm thick with mortarguards, lock strike plate and shock absobers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

10.16.1) Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

10.3) Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

11.41.2) Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of sizes 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% of 1st quality ( i.e. johnson/kajaria/RAK or equivalent) conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.] .

13.1.2) Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding,curing up to 7 days etc. all complete for all height/depth etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

13.2.2) Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plasterof cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type of sand including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding including curiing up to 7 days etc., all complete for all height etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )

13.16.1) Providing and laying 6 mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) on concrete/masonry surfaces including cleaning , hacking concrete surfaces, scaffolding , providing drip mould if required, watering, curing etc. complete for all heights etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

13.42.1) Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper( ready mixed ) of approved make, after applying one coat of cement primer on walls and ceiling etc. of approved brand and manufacture on new work with approved shade to give an even shade complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, as per manufacture's specification,including scaffolding,all complete. Area must be cleaned off spilled paints etc. after completion of painting works.

13.46.1) Providing and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint approved make & shade on walls etc. by applying @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm, to give an even shade after removing the foreign particle with wire brush etc. ( where ever required) on new work as specified at all heights including all labour , tools , tackles scaffolding , consumables and materials required for the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

13.50.3) With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised Iron/ Steel works

13.60.1) painting with premium Acrylic Emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coat on new work)

13.61.1) Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades on all types of surface like steel / wood / concrete / plaster / for letterings etc. all complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge ,including the cost of all materials,scaffoldings, tools, tackles and labours.

13.80) Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

13.86) Painting, two or more coats with automative quality paint, of approved brand and manufacture, (ESDEE or equivalent) with spraying machine to present an even surface, over one coat of metal primer of automative quality, (ESDEE or equivalent) over two coats of metal putty of ESDEE orequivalent make, properly smoothened to give an even finish, applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

15.2.2) Demolishing cement concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

15.3) Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

15.7.4) Demolishing brick work In cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15.9.2) Demolishing stone rubble masonry In cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

15.18) Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50metres lead.

15.6) Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

(Glazing, paneling to be paid for separately) :

21.1) Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with fixing of roller/ hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately)

21.1.2.1) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodiccoating of grade AC 15)

21.3.2) Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5.5 mm thickness

21.14) Providing and fixing anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868. Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) sub frame work for windows and ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size (Dash fastener to be paid for separately).

26.7) Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places. PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium etc all complete at all height as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.
