Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from local pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Page 3-3)

Laying and spreading soil on a prepared surface, pulverising, mixing the spred soil in place with rotavator with 2% slaked lime having minimum 50% of contents of CaO., Grading with motor grader and copacting with the smooth wheeled road roller at OMC to achieve atleast 98% of the max dry density from a layer of sub-base asd per Ttechnical specification Clause 403.

Providing laying and spreading material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification stabilized with 4% cement including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer(Pug Mill) carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, l

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumin distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Air compressor as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Page 5-4)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a sutable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Sepecification Clause 508. Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Page 5-52)

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 303.1

Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km.(5 miles) from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete with 4 cm (1.5") gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6 : 3 : 1 including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 FM. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm Cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. No extra for mixing any additive.(1:4) etc

The routine maintenance of above road work including patri, pavement road surface and sides etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd Year maintinence cost (0.75% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including patri, pavement road surface and sides etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd Year maintinence cost (1.50% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including patri, pavement road surface and sides etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.
