Removal of existing thermocouple and Supply, reinstallation of new thermocouples as per attached Tech spec.
Removal of existing heaters and Supply, reinstallation of new heaters as per attached Tech. spec.
Replacement of existing insulation with pyrogel insulation (10 mm thickness) as per attached Tech spec.
Supply of epoxy paint (Sea green colour) & carrying out painting (2 coats excluding priming coat) of cooling water lines as per Tech. spec.
Cutting, edge preparation, erection, fit-up, welding using GTAW process , carrying out root & final pass DPT & passivation of Sch. 160 SS piping & fittings and valves including consumables.
