Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m deep in soft/ loose soil and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep, getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specifed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’, old size, best quality bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar 1 :4 in half brick wall, complete all as specified.

M&L for Hard core of gauge not exc 63mm using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement concrete1:3:6, (nominal mix), type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, sub base and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, benching and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

M&L for providing Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified.

.M&L for 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified.

M&L for stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified& directed.

M&L mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or reveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 grade-E-165, complete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid & jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe 300mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Concrete bed to 300mm bore pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concrete 1:3:6 (Nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, and tested, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified.

M&L for Soiling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quaried stone, interstices, filled surface formed laid in layers of spread thickness not exceeding 200mm each layer and rolled or compacted by mechinical vibrator etc and consolidated to reqd gradient and camber, overall spread thickness 500mm as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for soiling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quaried stone, interstices, filled surface formed and rolled or compacted by mechinical vibrator etc and consolidated to reqd gradient and camber, spread thickness 200mm.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of walls etc and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 50 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and laid in bays complete and finished the even & fair and providings joints through out the thickness of plinth protection filed with mastic filling comprising one part of 01 bitumen 85/25 grade and three part of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor bore of pipe 15mmdia.including making hole in RCC slabs for vertical pipes & making good the same with Cement Concrete I:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 24 hereinbefore but 20mm dia.

S&F in repairs for 15mm dia of pipe bib taps, cast copper alloy fancy type and chromium plated screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 15mm dia of pipe stop valves, fancy type and chromium plated screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipes or for Unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 27 above but for 20mm Dia of pipe

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles , single layer on roofs and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC., complete all as specified and directed.all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs , any thickness , including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removing mud/rubbish to a distance 100 m but n exc 250 m complete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) as in, levelling course with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and fair (WPC shall be measuared and paid seperatly @ 200ML for 50kg cement bag or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finishing the surface even and fair incl WPC as per user manual complete incl taking down old plaster on brick or stone walls, scrubing down with water etc & disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC., complete all as specified and directed. Note : (WPC shall be measuared seperatly and @ 200ML for 50kg cement bags or as per manufacturer's instructions).

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, coping, benching etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including demolition of old concrete & disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound.

S&F minimum 3mm thick APP film based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/ Sqm reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ Sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application over entire roof area with over lapping 100mm to either sides and sealed in after cleaning down the surface and applying bituminous 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over 15mm thick screed bed (1:3) and joints grouted flush incl pointing in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 36 above but except tiles.

Supply and fxing in replacement of rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, white coloured, tripple layer cylindrical vertical with closed top 500 litre capacity hoisted and fixed in position, including inlet and outlet pipe connections, 20mm dia and 15 mm dia GI pipes medium grade respectively, 20mm GI pipe medium grade over flow pipe 15 cm long wash out with plug and brass ball valve 20mm, high pressure with polyethelyne float and fly nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes etc. and hoisting if reqd reconnecting and refixing in position capacity exc 250 not exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified & directed

Refixing 15mm dia steel tubing and connection in new or old position (in wall ceiling floors etc) all as specified and directed incld taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed..

S&F 15mm dia GI tubes medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed incl taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed..

Refixing 20mm dia steel tubing and connection in new or old position (in wall ceiling floors etc) all as specified and directed taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connections incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed..

S&F 20mm dia GI tubes medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connections incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed..

S&F in repair 15 mm Gun metal , globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl item 44 above here-in-before but 20 mm bore

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length in floors and fixed to walls with clamps, nuts and bolts at every 2mtr length including all fittings fied to wall and taking down old pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases,pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to end or edges of parapet wall etc and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting down plants/ shrubs of girth n. exc 15cm from roof tops/ sides of external walls of building, chajjas, wall, junction etc including taking out penetrated roots in to the wall, slab surfaces, shafts and applying "STUFALO" solution (harbal medicine) as per manufacture's instructions in and around the surfaces and making good the location with PCC (1:2:4) and cement mortar (1:2) including necessary scaffolding as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on wall complete all as specifie and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of undiluted thick coat of acrylic reinforcement liquid applied elastermeric water proofing membrane with UV resistance properties and solar reflective properties over one coat of primer (1:3, Dilution:water) Note: Gap between each coat will be 6 hrs) Applicater Company approved complete all as specified and directed. Note : Item shall be executed by approved company applicator.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projection, chajjas, facia,bands, shelves, beams, RCC railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion RCC at any height and in any sitution floor (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement if required with wire mesh of weight 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing/ filling with PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of wheater proof emulsion paint to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete incl demolition of brickwork /stone built in cement mortar etc. disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 100mm bore Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors, fixed to walls etc incl taking down old pipe complete all as specifed and dirtected.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110mm dia bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 110mm dia in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floor or trenches with suitable clamps including dismantling of CI/AC/PVC or reinforced concrete drain pipe any dia including bends T or Y junction jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches if required complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings, column beam etc and similar work; (Horizontal or sloping) all as per spcd and directed

M&L for pointing to brick tiles in CM 1:3 laid flat in roofing incl racking out joints complete all as specified .

Supply, fix, installation, commissioning and testing of car washing motor with double piston having working pressure 700 to 800 PSI alongwith 4 HP single phase motor, 1400 RPM, suction capacity 22 LPM, Suction and delivery size 20 x 10 mm, 20 mm dia foot valve with 12 mm spray nozzle (Spray Gun) and 20 M long spray pipe (PVC) suitable for high pressure for washing vehicle complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified.
